Immediate help, very friendly, thanks a lot

I was in desperate need of a Litter Robot 4 - Robotshop was waiting on stock and I used the notification process. Meanwhile, I send a general email with my query. Nathy replied within a couple of hours indicating I could order one the following day. I tried to order one the following day with some difficulty - I used their live chat feature and Nathy (again) helped me and said he would email when I was able to order. He did so in a couple of hours and gave me excellent advice on extended warranty. I placed my order to be shipped via UPS and I received notification of shipment within 3 hours of ordering. This is the kind of customer service every business should be implementing as it is rare to find such excellent care for their customers. Thank you to Nathy and all Robotshop employees :)

Robotshop rules!! I just wanted to say how absolutely Beyond excited I am to receive this amazing product. I've waited my entire life for VR and for this technology to reach a point at which these incredible things are possible. Thank you so much for the rapid shipping and for the very surprisingly affordable price! The customer service is impeccable, these folks are professional, supportive, knowledgeable, and very kind. Thank you to Robotshop for the recent resolution of an issue we had with our automatic cat litter tray. They have been nothing but helpful and communicated the whole way through the process.

I have purchased litter robot with extended warranty. It stopped working over a week ago. After reaching customer support immediately, I still don’t have a working solution. They take at least 24h to answer EACH of my replies and don’t bother to read the previous conversations in the ticket. So they come back with the same questions I already answered. Unprofessional and unreliable

Une entreprise au top ! Leur litière automatique change la vie , je connaissais déjà leur entreprise pour leurs objets connectés. Suite à un problème sur la litière leur service de support est vraiment top ! Sympa, agréable, rapide, pro, clair, … je les conseils vivement !

Things started a little ropey, I ordered, (5pm BST), a robot litter thingy (don't judge me I have three kittens it's constant!) but the pricing is all over the place and I got confused and rushed the buy button. At 7.30bst I felt something wasn't right and noticing I didn't order the upgraded connect version (which was like £3 cheaper) i messaged via email, considering I learnt they are a Canadian company thus still working, I expected a message back saying “Don't worry as it's not processed, I'll adjust, have a nice day”.

I got a message back Monday afternoon (I guess monday morning Candaian time), “Sorry we don't do exchanges” I was a bit thrown back, I'm not asking to exchange the products not been delivered yet, intercept and swap!! Sadly the item had already shipped as it's shipped from the Netherlands.

The item arrived quickly but I wasn't happy really that I didn't get the item I wanted so I emailed back again. Sadly the refund process means that I have to arrange a courier which somewhat confused me again, but after talking to Annie, Annie advised that we can return to a UK hub and kindly agreed (as a goodwill to assist with the return delivery (including costs). UPS will collect on monday.

I am reassured after talking with Annie, I will likely reorder the connect version again and will update this review again.

For now be careful ordering the right item as the exchange process is a complex and time consuming process.

great shop and great after sales customer service also. We bought the robot-litter and, with 3 cats in the house, I can't say enough how much of a life saver this is.

Excellent chat to obtain help for the repair of my litter box 3. A technician will contact me by email.
