Unfortunately, due to shipping/stock misunderstanding I had to cancel an order with RobotShop. I requested a cancellation per email, and they responded immediately within the same business day, and they were very kind and professional.

Ultimately resolved, but an incredibly stressful and complicated return process
Buying from XiaoR GEEK through RobotShop was fine, but the return process was a disaster. I was directed to mail the item back to China, where it sat in customs for weeks. The vendor expected me to navigate international customs fees using an unsecure EMS website and WeChat.
It took over two months, intervention from RobotShop support, and an immense amount of personal follow-up to get this resolved. The vendor eventually admitted they gave me the wrong warehouse address (it should have gone to a US location) and that an internal employee departure caused them to drop the ball.
To their credit, their management team eventually stepped in, apologized sincerely, and issued a full refund without deducting any additional shipping or customs penalties. This excludes, however, the USPS cost of $120 to initially ship the item to China. They made it right in the end, but the hoops you have to jump through as an international buyer are not worth the stress.

I ordered a product from them and paid a premium precisely because they claimed to have 400+ units in stock and I didn't want to wait 4-6 weeks for a Chinese supplier. However this local inventory claim was false and they shipped from China anyways. The support staff was rude and unhelpful so I had to activate my credit card companies anti-fraud protection and have reported them to the consumer protection board. Their support rep responded to my complaint with low resolution screenshots of walls of text that were illegible. I am not accusing this company of violating their own terms of service, I am accusing them of violating the criminal code. They don't seem to be able to understand that lying to customers is fraud.

I am a semi retired mechanical designer. I have used CAD for decades and have sent hundreds and hundreds of drawings with electronic files in for CNC production. Until now however I have never been directly involved with CNC machinery but I am very excited to CNC some of my own parts with the Shapeoko 5.1 Pro router from Robotshop! Their customer service is excellent and I am looking forward to learning CNC with their enthusiastic and experienced assistance!

I am very satisfied with my experience with RobotShop. Communication was professional, clear, and responsive throughout, and the customer support team handled my case with genuine care and accountability.
The product arrived exactly as described, well packaged, and in perfect working condition. It is clear that RobotShop works with quality suppliers and takes product integrity seriously. Their support after delivery was also excellent, showing a strong commitment to customer satisfaction rather than just completing a sale.

Affordable, they ROV components are the same than Blue rov sparws but much cheaper.
I bought many components and I am completely satisfied for quality and prices very convenient

The head of customer services (Veronica) was prompt with replies to my emailed questions and was a great help in sorting out a small issue that had arisen with the order. This was dealt with extremely professionally and to better than my satisfaction and I would gladly do business with RobotShop in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a premium product from RobotShop.
After spending nearly £1,000 on a Litter-Robot, I discovered after the purchase that buying through RobotShop places the customer at a significant disadvantage compared to buying directly from the manufacturer. The extended warranty offered by RobotShop is more expensive, offers worse coverage, and does not include free shipping for warranty repairs — unlike the manufacturer’s plan.
Despite RobotShop being an authorized distributor, customers are effectively penalized for purchasing through them. When I raised this concern, RobotShop refused to improve the warranty terms or offer any reasonable goodwill solution. The only option provided was to return the unit — at my own expense — even though the product had been used normally as intended.
This level of customer care is unacceptable for such an expensive, premium product. Important differences in warranty coverage were not made clear at the time of purchase, leaving customers to discover the downsides only afterward.
I would strongly advise potential buyers to purchase directly from the manufacturer and avoid RobotShop if you care about fair warranty terms and customer protection.

Daar gaan we weer…
En waarschijnlijk zal ik om dit te moeten oplossen weer bijna €160,- moeten gaan betalen aan materialen.
Nog geen 2 maanden voor €160,- aan onderdelen gekocht en weer doet de litter robot (automatische kattenbak) het niet fatsoenlijk.
Nu draait de kattenbak niet goed door. Hij gaat een stukje en dan stopt hij weer. Dus ipv van dat hij ineens de kattenbak leegt. Doet hij er een aantal minuten door waardoor soms de katten ervoor hun behoefte doen.
Maar zoals dit bedrijf het altijd aanpakt, veel geld neerleggen voor reparatie en dan helpen we je half…
En ze hebben nog nooit gehoord van Nederlandse Burgerlijk Wetboek inzake non-conformiteit (artikel 7:17) gehoord.
Dus bedenk je goed voordat je hier iets koopt!
