I ordered a golf bag and 2 dozen Bridgestone E6 golf balls, by some oversight I received the bag but only 1 dozen balls. After contacting you customer service to notify of the shortage, shortly afterward I received notification that the other dozen would be shipped. I have had nothing but good experiences with RBG ever since I stumbled on your site and I pass my feelings along to all my golfing friends. Good prices, selections and service can't go wrong.

this order was great. club arrived in a few days and I love it. Would have given a 5 star rating, however I placed an order on July 30th and paid for expedited shipping but never got the club. contacted Rockbottom and they said they reported it to UPS and that was all they could do.picture that ups showed it was NOT sent to me. I bought the club from RBG not UPS and I do not like having to go through all of this with UPS. They drag it out. I wanted that club for my 4 day weekend out of town. Had to run to golf galaxy and buy one.

Attempted multiple times, over multiple days, to purchase golf balls. The checkout out page always would get stuck on "loading" and never allow my to checkout. I then attempted to email Rock Bottom and the online submission form would not function. I then attempted to leave a Google review and there was no option. I was once an avid Rock Bottom shopper. I don't know what changed but the website is horrible and doesn't work. For a few dollars more I found what I was looking for on Amazon. Can't see going back to Rock Bottom unless it makes a lot of changes.
