Recently had our new Rockdoor order supplied and fitted by Rockdoor Burnley.
Carrie, an asset to the shop was very helpful and very patient. We were able to discuss the varied options without any pressure, until we agreed a color and design.
The fitting process was very smooth and we are very pleased with the new door, which feels solid and well suited to the property.
We are so pleased we have now confirmed a new order for a replacement back door.

Excellent quality, easy to fit and adjust and look great

After seeing my parents Rockdoors fitted on their new house I got a front and back door from Rockdoor via a trusted installer, unique plastics in Lincoln.

I am chuffed and the I couldn't fault Nigel @ Unique.

Don't usually leave reviews but I enjoyed the whole Rockdoor journey so much that I felt the need to come on here to shout about it. Starting with the door designer on the website, what a fantastic piece of kit this is and not only could I build exactly the door I wanted, I could even place it on an image of my own house to see what it looks like before I went through with the final order. I couldn't be happier with whole process and my door looks absolutely stunning not to mention how secure it sounds on closing compared to my last door. As i live on a main road i could always hear quite a bit of road noise but with my new door its made a huge difference which just shows how high quality this product really is. Would highly recommend to anyone who's in the market for a new door its definately made me and my family feel so much safer.

Excellent solid door and look traditional timber that is great for any aesthetic. Easy to install and really does provide me and my family peace of mind with the quality a security. Would recommend this product

Great service and product from GAP & Rockdoor.

Door looks great 👍

Great fitting service by Kev Cunny as well

Our installer recommended we looked at Rockdoor and another manufacturer, read through the brochures and then some more on their websites, was impressed with the look, security and what went in to a Rockdoor.
After being fitted over a month ago couldn’t be happier with our choice, even the feel of the weight of the door opening and closing just makes it feel quality and the glass design we chose looks amazing with the sun shining through it, we chose a Illinois Inspired in agate grey, no one on our street has anything like it, had plenty of people knock and ask were we got it from, made up!

Braw glazing here, we get all our rock doors manufactured from gap in Falkirk, Barry and the team are great bunch of guys and always stick there neck out to assure the best customer service.

I’m an installer of 30 years a qualified joiner and self employed, I refuse to supply or fit Rockdoor brand for anyone now unless it’s for 3x the price of a normal install , reason being the door generally bubbles cracks or warps causing failure in locking even closing or just generally failing and looking rubbish , customers have accused me of using cheaper products and passing them off as Rockdoor, but like I tell them if I had used cheaper products you wouldn’t be having the problems you are now !! The reason I charge more ? If I can’t talk them out of having a Rockdoor,I explain that when it fails (and a lot do) I have to go through the process of contacting Rockdoor getting them to admit the issue which to be fair they usually do ( tells you something) then when they send the replacement I have to go and refit it at my expense, Rockdoor say they honour the guarantee by sending the new door slab. You have to take the old one off strip the furniture and locks and refit them all back to the new one and rehang it which is a struggle,so you have to pay someone to help. I changed 2 yesterday one of them was the 3rd new slab and I broke the knocker that is supposed to clip off. Yesterday cost me a day of earnings plus paying a helper and buying a new knocker !! Btw this is just 2 that I replaced recently I have another 1 this week which is its 4th replacement! Customer asked for money back Rockdoor refused. Customer is starting proceedings against me because I can’t refund her the £1000 plus she spent she is reluctant to let me install the 4th slab and is waiting on legal instruction

Rock door is a decent product extortionate price, there are better doors available at half the price

customer service was great went in to great detail about the rock doors, picked the Newark rockdoor with Brightstar for my own property and this give my house a modern look.

from ordering to installation, solid good looking door that is easy to operate and gives me and my family peace of mind. Gave it a while to write my review as I wanted it to be a fair one.
Would no hesitate recommending this door, made in the UK and not just an imported slab cut down from Asia

I recently bought a Newark rock door and extremely happy with the quality and service from rock door

Really happy with my new Rockdoor, really good quality product, great experience from start to finish.

I bought my Rockdoor directly from Gap in July 2020 paying £1440.00, already on my 3rd door. The first one bubbled, second one cracked/split and the one I have now has split. Gap Slough did replace my first two doors but now my emails are being ignored. Don't buy these doors if they are going to be directly in the sun, they are not fit for purpose.
Update. Had no contact from Gap or Rockdoor after giving my sales invoice/order number. I work in sales for a well known builders merchant, we would never treat our customers this way, any issue would be resolved within a couple of days. Gap is one of our suppliers, would not recommend to any of my customers.

Front and rear door fitted today. Quality doors fit by excellent professionals. I recommend them to anyone who is considering a new door. 100% satisfied.

Had new rock door fitted today by Mark Frost from Love Windows in Exeter. The quality of the door and fittings cannot be overstated. Mark did a fantastic job of the installation. Highly recommed.

First class product from a first class company, from the very top through to the depots all of the staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way help.
