Recently bought a Rockdoor and I’m very happy with the quality and design.
Service from GAP was excellent – responsive and professional throughout.
There was a small scratch on the handle, but it was replaced within days.
Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!

Purchased the Rockdoor from Gap at Farnworth/Worsley really good product.
The staff always helpful and professional.

Excellent quality door - had ours fitted around 7 years ago and still just as good as when first purchased.

Great product and the finish of the door is outstanding really does stand out from other composite door companies on the market. Couldn’t be happier with my door

As a retailer supplier and installer, We have been working with Gap/Rockdoor for over 15 years and the products and aftersales service are second to none.

Plan-It Windows (Bolton)

Had a rock door installed recently. Couldn’t be more happier. It looks fantastic and had plenty of compliments of how good the door looks and asking where we purchased it from. Would highly recommend rock door to anyone without hesitation.

Best doors on the market, stylish and solid would highly recommend

We have 2 Rockdoors, front and back, been installed over 4 years, we keep them maintained just like we was advised to do when the installation was complete, they are just as good now as when they where fitted, so I am more than happy to share our experience.

Excellent product and easy sales process

This has been my 2nd Rockdoor over the years had a Hudson style door fitted with a switch latch. It’s made house look fantastic - had a lot of compliments and people asking where my door was from, couldn’t be happier.
I’ve seen some negative reviews and accept that some of these aren’t the manufacture’s issue. I love my door and wouldn’t hesitate to get a third.

The customer service provided by Cullen from product information to assurance on the standard and quality of the product, I’ve had my Rockdoor installed now for just over a year and I’m in agreement of Rockdoor being the best on the market now and will be telling all my family and friends to definitely go with and also the fitters aswell trend joinery all work carried out was performed to a high standard and quality.Pleasure to have working on my house thank you !

Had a Rockdoor Vermont , Ordered and delivered perfect and looks a million dollars. So secure and with laminated and SBD Upgrade. The house is so much warmer now

Had our rockdoor for 7 years now was installed ok no problem but then 7 years after installation we started to notice problems very poor quality door cracks forming humps in door not closing correctly its a joke worst door i ever had. Make matters worse you cant contact the manufacturer can not email them or call them its just a joke. You have to contact the company who installed it we will never use rockdoor again absolute rubbish. Fare enough they will replace the door with the warrenty in place but still they have so many complaints about these problems i mentioned above my advice is dont buy from rockdoor buy from a company that you can actually contact the manufacturer and that can actually build a good quality door unlike rockdoor . AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have had my rock door for at least twenty years. Many of my friends have since purchased the same door, excellent styles and I have to say you will not find any better door.

Bought a Rockdoor in 2014 and still going strong.
Lovely door!

I had an amazing experience ordering my door with the help of Jamila. She was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process – explaining all the nuances, helping me figure out the right measurements, and guiding me with the design. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and enjoyable. Thanks to her, everything went perfectly. I’ll definitely be going back to her for more as I continue with my renovation!

Excellent customer service from Razina who helped us choose our design kept us informed about the order. The Rockdoor is quality product with great attention to detail from the door knob to the handle and the letter box. Would highly recommend the company.

I have recently purchased my second Rockdoor and couldn't be happier. Amazing service from start to finish again. There are so many options to choose from and gives me peace of mind that my home is secure.

I am delighted with my new front and back doors and they are smart and are of excellent quality. I feel much more secure in my home and my house feels warmer.
