I litteraly never give reviews because I am so lasy to do it. Sometimes I do it if the service is really bad. But never when its good. This time, i just had to give a 5 stars rating. Because I never had such an amazing service like rockher. It is unbelievable how fast and helpful sean and his team were. They customized and adjusted the ring as i wanted it to be. They made the perfect ring withing some days. Because it was a last minute thing, they drove to the airport and handed it personally to a friend of mine who was taking his flight to europe, so I can received it in time. Without any charge. Without any hesitation. I am so speechless about this service that the least thing I can do is to give a 5 stars rating, just to thank sean and his team for the incredible work and service! The ring is so beautiful, she loved it and she said yes! Thank you so much!

Answered questions promptly. Great quality products. Great customer service.

I feel that the quality of the ring that I bought at RockHer is superior to most rings I see by far. Great service as well.

The service overall was phenomenal! The process was easy, delivery was secure, and the ring looks incredible. Thank you!!!

Once the ring was ordered I had continuous contact with the support team about changing dates and updating information on my order. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

I decided to get engaged about 3 days before my proposal. I really wanted to propose with the actual ring. I have no clue how they pulled it off, but Rockher somehow managed to build me my custom ring with a stunning diamond in time for my proposal. My fiance is on top of the world with her diamond, and keeps getting the most amazing compliments.. Thank you to the whole Rockher team for making this dream become my reality!

Shopping at Rockher for this engagement ring
Was the best thing I could’ve done. At first I was a little worried that the ring wouldn’t look like what I was purchasing, but its everything I wanted and the price was exactly what I wanted to pay! I compared with so many other jewelry stores and the diamonds were much more expensive by over $1,000.00!

The folks at RockHer did a great job for me and fiancee. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Very personable and great experience. Would recommend to my family and friends.

Great service, Beautiful and quality product, I am very happy to buy product from here.

I was very pleased with the service. I wanted something more custom and they supported me through the entire process. Great prices, wonderful service and the most beautiful ring.

Rock Her was a fantastic place to go for an engagement ring !!!! From Rosi which is the A.I., which you put in your budget and you can adjust your filters and it shows you rings in that budget. Or you can choose to build your own ring.
The entire staff who helped Shawn, Teresa, and Isaac were there every step of the way!!! Any questions I had about the ring Shawn and Teresa answers my emails or called me back within mins with answers and Isaac was awesome helping me through the payment process!! The ring shipped out and I received it overnight!! It is beautiful with the inscription that I wanted!! I can’t wait to post the pics!! I will shop here for our wedding bands and every other piece of jewelry in the future!!! Rock her is the best!!!!
Thank you !!!!!

Everything was on schedule. They kept in contact throughout the experience. The ring turned out great and exactly what I asked for.
I was a bit nervous ordering from Canada, but everything worked out and I only had to pay GST when it arrived through customs.
