Too often nowadays “support” on technical issues are automated by a bot, handled by someone far far away and the question is just not answered. Not this time with support from Rolec. I reported my problem and it was resolved by Rob S in an unexpected short time.

I couldn't have wished for a more patient, thorough approach to what presented has a family holiday ending situation with my vehicle and myself stranded hours from home in the Dorset Hills due to a charger problem. Piotr handled the situation with extreme care and sensitivity and offers hope that we'll both complete our family holiday and return in our own electric vehicle to base in rural West Sussex. SO relieved.

They proposed to send all required spares, without giving details of the potential problem.
When spares arrived, after having to pay customs and other charges, and visited client site to install them, we found out that charger was now working without problem, without needing any replacements.
We just wait a couple of weeks, in case the problem reappears for some unforseen reason

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Rolec, especially from Karen Standley. From the very beginning, Karen was incredibly helpful, professional and patient throughout the whole process.

I bombarded her with email after email asking countless questions because I wanted to make sure I ordered exactly the right SmartCard metering system. No matter how many questions I asked, Karen always replied promptly, politely and with clear, detailed answers. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble.

Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but Karen went above and beyond to make sure I was completely confident before placing my order. She’s a real credit to the company.

Adrian was very patient with his telephone instructions about how to fix the output charging power. His detailed step-by step advice helped me navigate the Rolec Connect and Rolec Evo apps. Eventually 16A output power level was increased to 32A which will provide the maximum power to my plugin hybrid car. Smooth and efficient, that are the utmost qualities I have expected and delivered.

I'm no technophobe.....I messaged Rolec Services as I was having trouble with my ev charger, I had no idea how to go about fixing the problem. I messaged Rolec who contacted me very quickly to give me step by step instruction on how to fix my problem. Lovely people, kind and professional.

We had a problem with the Monta software and with the help of Lukasz Wozniak at Rolec we think it is now sorted. He stayed on the phone all the time for over 1 hour until all was working.

I contacted your Chief Engineer Mr Lucasz after my 15 years old EV Charger Rolec started working intermittently. Hats off to your angelic staff Manager LUCASZ he took both calls very very responsibly and then was precise in his troubleshooting methodology. He was both focussing on process as well as the product and connectors. Second time it was mid night i.e today in Sydney at my home 23 Kawana Close Epping nSW 2121 Sydney M 61414725876. The mystery trouble was Rolec was charging my newer Nissan Leaf 2024 but was NOT charging the older Nissan 2019. He - Lucasz - went step-by-step and taught me and my wife the sequence on how to connect as we were doing it arbitrarily. Both cars are Nissans and the old-man-Rolec is working perfectly 100%. Thanks to Lukasz and the Rolec Team. I have a big house and an even bigger heart, Come and stay with me on a holiday to this lovely famous city. Namaskar. Krishan Anand (Dr.). Lukasz responded well to our initial problem; kept us informed of progress and arranged an engineer to visit as soon as it became clear the problem couldn't be resolved on-line.
Followed up thereafter with a call to ensure problem resolved satisfactorily
