I noticed after I had ordered that the delivery address was wrong. I contacted Rollersnakes and was helped by Christian who sorted everything out for me. Will definitely use again.

Ordered new deck (£55) risers (£9) and grip(£3) for some people thats not much money but for me it is and to receive the order late and with only 7 bolts I was angry as I had plans to skate with mates the next couple days he then told me to just come by and pick it up after me paying extra for express delivery and as I couldn't fine a bolt in time i missed those days then the day I did end up skating the board snapped after 3 hours of witch is a joke as I can hardly kick flip. I then asked if ther is anything we can do he he simply replied with NO witch was a disgrace as I contacted the Powell Peralta company and they said it would be a impurity in the manufacturing process witch I should be able to take back as they can claim it bavk from suppliers absolutely disgusted in the way this man handles his business. Well guess supporting local skateshops out the window now

Order placed on Saturday 4th July @ 8pm, delivered on Tuesday 7th....not late, well within the 3 working days specified.
Customer reported that a bolt was missing from the riser set, so we asked if he would be able to drop by our shop to pick up a replacement set as this would be the quickest solution. Customer not happy to do this, but said he would accept a refund for the item, so we processed this immediately, and customer responded 'I appreciate that Greg mate thanks'.
As per our returns policy:
'Please be aware that due to the nature of skateboarding any snapped/cracked deck or shoes that have been worn down by griptape are not considered faulty and cannot be returned to us.'
The photos of the deck showed a classic deck crack just behind the truck bolts, this is not a fault, any deck will snap if too much force is applied.

Never received contacted Rollersnakes contact number no answer. Emails not answered. Stay well clear.
See you have messaged me now I have left a review. Would of been nice if you gave me this information in email. Driver might of been in area but i was at my work 40 miles away Came home no card no parcel. Called UPS from my moblie at a eye watering cost because i was put on hold for over 40 mins. Tryed calling Rollersnakes customer service number no answer! Send emails asking Rollersnakes to contact me via phone still waiting. Have no faith in you or UPS. What do you. Mean investigation was reopened? So after 12 emails to Rollersnakes, 5 long costly phone calls to UPS I have to go to police station to report this hopefully they have more luck with their investigation. I have been ordering things from internet for years and this experience has put me right off.This has been nothing but hassle!

We have been in email communication with this customer regarding their order.
UPS investigated this delivery, and informed us that it was delivered correctly, the GPS data confirms that the driver was in the correct location. The investigation has been re-opened at our request, and we are currently awaiting their response before we proceed.
Correcting an order
I made a mistake with my order and worries that it wouldn't get ammended. But the customer service I received was able to correct my mistake and do it all in a day. Normally I would wait days for replies if I ever had issues with my orders but with rollersnakes it was handled in a matter of Hours. I personally dealt with Greg, and my issues were all resolved. Awesome customer service will be using these guys again.

Stay away from this store - return policy and hidden charges
Stay away from this store, they are in clear breach of the UK consumer law when it comes to returning an item, not only do they charge you £2.99 shipping fee, but they then deduct full shipping cost from your refund if the remaining total order value is below their free shipping threshold. Pathetic service and poor customer service to say the least.

As per our returns policy:
'Items returned for refund that contributed towards a special discount, for example multi-buys, free items, and free postage, the discount will be claimed back where applicable. For example if only one item was returned from a 'buy one get one free' offer the discount would be claimed back.'
Unlucky to receive end of stock faulty DC skate shoes
Bought a pair of DC shoes from them. The rubber seal around the toe was peeled away when they arrived, a shoelace eyelet came out minutes after wearing them for the first time. And the shoelaces are terrible and snapped during my first skate with them.
Eventually had collection arranged and product is now safely returned and awaiting refund.
