customer service non existing .Have to ring so many times.Wait for more than half an hour still not answered .Even if you are lucky prepared to wait for one hour may be some body will answer .But agents are not knowledgeable enough to answer any enquiry satisfactorily.Frustrated what can i do .

The worst customer services I have ever experiences, antiquated stating they do not use email, everything done by post but they appear to utilise carrier pigeons as letters arrive 10 days after the date on the letter. They are obstructive, especially when attempting to repay a loan, after repayment vis CHAPS they confirmed over the phone that the monies were in their account but they would not look at confirming this in writing for at least 15 days after the repayment and, as they do not use email, this would be utilising their highly efficient carrier pigeon system. Despite “escalating” the account no one recontacted any account holder to advise them what was happening and subsequent calls were passed from pillar to post - almost 4 hours one day and 3 the next, still no resolution. Please advise anyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY SUBSIDUARY.

I am so upset that a Company values their Customers so little!

What happened to Customer Services? I have been waiting almost an hour to call them and no response. I have read the reviews and it seems I am not the only one finding they cannot get a response. People need help right now so what has gone wrong with this Company?

As per ALL other reviews I've read about Rosinca their phone response is sadly non-existent. Their onsite Q&A section, for almost ALL scenarios states "Call us" but they almost never answer within 30-40 minutes then you get cut off or transferred elsewhere and cut off whist waiting. I really feel for those people who may be struggling with payments as the first port of call is always "speak to your lender", but with Rosinca they simply don't care.

With the current cost of living crisis only likely to get worse over the coming months I have NO DOUBT that Rosinca will effectively have blood on their hands through some people in debt not being able to contact them and resorting to suicide.

They really do not care. Shame on them the dirty conniving scumbags. I pray that karma comes directly to any individuals that condone such mal practice.

Terrible customer service. I rang the Rosinca phone number that was on a recent statement and after waiting over 30 minutes I spoke to an advisor wanting some basic information. To be honest she sounded like she didn't really know what she was doing, she didn't want to give me the information she had on the system in case it was wrong...What!! She said she'd transfer me to another department, put me on hold, then a few minutes later came back and said that option wasn't available. She gave me another number to ring, which I did, with so many layers of options it was ridiculous. I waited 50 mins only for the line to go dead! I called back again, went through all of the options again and waited over an hour and still hadn't been answered, I had to go out. On the other hand I also needed to ring the Coventry BS, waited 5 mins, a couple of options and then straight through to a very pleasant knowledge customer service advisor. I think Rosinca really need to review their practice.

Fraud company just a fraud I will advise every one please be careful from this company poor service don’t take any mortgages from this fraud company

I received a letter saying that my interest rate was increasing and decided to pay half of my buy to let mortgage off. I spent 40 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone which they didn’t so I went on line to ask for a redemption statement and was told to expect this within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later and I still haven’t got it. Tried phoning again hung on for 50 minutes no answer . A letter now received asking me to pay card for extra interest. And they stated that they would add more interest to this. Now going to contact Rip Off Britain.

I sold my property and paid the mortgage in full. A few days later the monthly mortgage direct debit was taken. I rang to complain and was told I should’ve cancelled the dd!! I contacted my bank to reverse the payment and have just received a letter from Rosinca threatening to tarnish my credit rating. I DO NOT OWE YOU A PENNY.

Awful company now changing name to Topaz Finance - terrible customer services - been stupid from start to finish and obstructive when trying to make overpayments - Act like its 1950, want you to write not email have to post cheques then dont accept them and they are returned in mail!!!, they send four letters at a time dated a month ago. Agree with other reviewer that they are deliberately obstructive so referring them to ombudsman. Prepare to be on hold for hours trying to get anything done!

I get the feeling this company has no interest in maintaining customers and is actually in the business of being difficult , after over paying my mortgage for 10 years nearly double my contracted amount I contacted the office to draw down on my over payment , of which I was told I couldn't because I didn't pay by direct debit but by standing order, I ran through with customer service agent why this is an issue as you have received double payments without a problem have never had an issue but am making it an issue now, I believe logic applies of which the customer service agent became aggressive, I've asked to speak to a manager and have been told I will hear from them by monday

Terrible customer service. Every time I call this company I have to go through a barrage of security questions. Then a long wait to speak to someone who asks me the same security questions.
