I would give more stars if I could. I can't recommend this company highly enough. There was a slight issue with my order. Not only were they incredibly understanding and friendly, they also went above and beyond to rectify it. Top notch customer service and the best price I found on the internet. Thanks for a great customer experience.

I met some of the team at Astrofest and they were very helpful. My RASA 8 arrived when they said it would and i was impressed with their prompt and efficient service.

Initially, I had a problem trying to call the company - due to my mobile phone wifi calling/carrier I think ( not terribly technical…..). However, once I got through, they were incredibly helpful. One star dropped due to delivery two days later than scheduled, but otherwise, all good. The telescope I wanted was £20 cheaper here than on Amazon etc. for exactly the same product.

I made the initial mistake of not checking the items were in stock,that was my fault.
Your firm had to order the items from the main supplier.
I was offered the chance to opt out ,but stuck with the order as the binoculars were of a type that would be "right " for my sisters two Grandchildren. Ie a large field of view enabling them to easily "pick up "a bird in flight.

Good communication. Helpful advice which was accurate. Item packaged well with no damage on arrival. I will use Rother Valley Optics as my first choice for astro gear having finally got my first scope after waiting over 40 years. It was good talking to the founder at the recent European Astrofest in London.
