Bought a new super meteor and 4 months later I am still waiting on the owners manual to be sent. They advised use the online manual but that says my second service is due at 4.66k miles however my dealer says it's 3k that's a big difference and I cannot speak to RE to find out if manual is an error or if dealer is incorrect. Very poor service from RE since they decided to start importing to the UK themselves instead of using moto gb

Dommasandra, Sarjapur road service centre did fraud with me saying that my new battery is completely dead and not charging to replace with new battery. When I checked with battery centre. They proved that it's working perfectly good. Loss of 5k and loss of time

Royal enfied service center at ndg motor pvt ltd, bistupur, Jamshedpur is very dangerous for your bike as well as your money. In the stating of service, service advisor will tell you your bike is under warrenty some spare parts it not cost you any money but after servicing when I went to billing counter, they are saying that, I have to pay full amount of that spare part, when I opposed this they suffered me alot, and they are making fun of customer.

So its my recommendation never go for sevice at this service center.

Had an interceptor from new 08/2022, covered 8000 miles and the starter solenoid packed up. Had the bike recovered and taken to an authorised dealership back in mid April 2023, the bike is still there due to Royal Enfield not sending the part and giving no reason, multiple emails sent, so have been with no bike for over 2 months and still waiting! Absolute diabolical customer service to say the least, very much doubt I'll ever buy a RE ever again.

Ik rij al ruim 40 jaar motor en heb er intussen 7gehad, hoofdzakelijk Honda. Ben nu op leeftijd en wilde stoppen met het motorrijden maar heb toch nog een Royal Enfield Himalayan gekocht als afsluitertje om een beetje rustig rond te touren. Echt een geweldige motor en ik mis niks en ben heel tevreden op elk terrein. Ja op de snelweg is het geen race monster maar de max toegelaten snelheid haalt hij gemakkelijk en meer heb ik niet nodig. Dus een dikke plus voor dit motormerk.

ESS AAR MOTORS. when ever I visit this royal Enfield showroom I feel like I am apart of this showroom. Their welcomed make us happy and this person Vishal i would like to give him 5 rating. Because he is the one I am feeling as a royal Enfield family. He is trustworthy person, he work with passion, man of words, he has good experience in his works. Eventually, he help me from the beginning till my meteor delivery in a good manner with responsibilities. Thank you so much Vishal and Thank you Royal Enfield.

Worst experience
I visited showroom for first free service at Margao as my appointment was at 9.00am only two more biker were present for service at 9.00am i was kept waiting till 10.00am and after asking again i was told to wait for job card my job card was made at around 10.15am and the expected time given was till 11.30am after i inquired about my bike at 11.52am if it is ready i was told it has been not taken up and asked for another one hour for service. I don't understand wat kind of service RE provide appointment based or first come late serve service.

Op 5 juli 2022 een nieuwe Royal Enfield Classic 350 model 2022 gekocht.
Er zit een gebruikers manual ( boekje) bij in de Franse taal.
Een manual in het Engels zou prima zijn, maar Frans spreek ik niet.

Na enige moeite en correspondentie toch een Engelse versie ontvangen.

Wat betreft de Royal Enfield Classic 350 model 2022 zelf, na een half jaar en meer dan 1200 km gebruik is mijn indruk een GEWELDIGE motor.
Wat een rijgenot over provinciale en "B" wegen. Lekker licht, uitermate wendbaar, heerlijk gebruikers gemak. Een echte TOPPER. NIet te vergelijken met de uitvoeringen van de vorige eeuw.
Een echte aanrader voor die motorrijder die niets moet hebben van snelwegen, maar geniet van fraaie binnenwegen.
Advies, vraag eens om een proefrit, en ervaar het het rij genot zelf.

A "simple" puncture.
I ride a GT650(2022) and ended up with a punctured front tire. I go to a local shop and got to know the Allen key bolt on the forks can't be removed because the slot is damaged somehow.
I call the roadside assistance. After waiting for 3hrs I'm still stranded with a punctured bike with no update on the assistance. I try to call them back a couple hundred times and they keep terminating the call. I sincerely hope no one should ever go through the frustration I had to experience today and I'm very dissapointed to know the attitude and treatment they provide to one of their most valuable products.

A good product with bas service is a bad formula to losing customers. I'll never suggest anyone this manufacturer just because of the lousy service they so proudly advertise.
ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE IS A JOKE.

But when i reached on my given tym only job card was made and after 2hours they started service of my bullet.why company asks the customers for suitable tym if they do not care for it

I had a bad experience with Royal Enfield Store online with a riding boots purchase that I did. I booked a riding boot just to realize after one week that my pin code is not serviceable by the royal enfield store. I also did not get a favorable response when I called the customer service. To my surprise, I had to deal with stores separately and customer services separately whereas I was only looking Royal Enfield as one brand.
I do not understand why my order was taken along with the money when my pin code is not serviceable. And I also do not understand why would it take one week for somebody to realize that my pin code is not serviceable.
Now I am in a situation wherein my order is not moving forward, neither I can cancel the order and get refund.
I won't recommend buying anything online from Royal Enfield Stores.

I don’t recommend any one to buy this motorcycles unless u have enough patience ,or no enthusiasm

Worst product ever. this is prashanth reddy and 27 years old. In June 2019 I bought a bullet 350. After 1 week only found a issue related to rear wheel then approached to service centre but there's no proper service and update on that issue. Then after in the first service I got multiple issues the most common thing in every bike is the front mudguard colour loss because of disc cable and the major issue in my vechile is silencer sound. then after 2 years lot of conversation on Jan 2021 that silencer got replaced but here the thing is that replaced silencer not fitted with my vechile. Even in that service centre everybody knows about this issue but they're treating me like a fool not even me buddies all the customer who are using this worst products. If you pay huge amount in the service you are the best and valuable customer otherwise they not even follow your issues. Finally to replace silencer they have taken 2.5years not even provide the solution. Now I'm not using my vechile from past one year because of silencer. Actually I'm a bike lover after using 3 types of vechiles in the span of 5years I have bought this. But they killed my dreams on bike... Please don't buy this products.

Purchased a royal enfield bike jacket from this company , which id like to exchange , ive sent several emails , no one replies & no one answers the phones, stay away from this company

6 month ago I ordered a new Meteor 350 and some accessories from the Royal Enfield dealership in Cambodia. When it got close to time to pick up the bike I asked if the bike and accessories were in the country and could not get a straight answer (I had to make non-refundable hotel reservations as we live three hours away from the dealer) Come to find out they never ordered the accessories. When I made the order I tried to have them order riding gear for me and my wife. They said they couldn't as they only order in bulk. They let $400 in riding gear money walk out the door and $300. in accessories. I tried get hold of Royal Enfield customer service in India and was ignored!! I will never buy another Royal Enfield motorcycle!!!

My royalenfield interceptor 650 front brake caliper sized on on my 2021 bike at 70mph. I ask my royalenfield dealer and moto gb the importer for help they where not interested at all. So be aware you have no back up with royalenfield when you make your next purchase you are on your own.
