Rude and arrogant! Avoid at all cost. Never have I experienced such terrible service. People at Poundland are more polite and professional! They will come back with a counter argument saying I am lying or whatever! But just know this if they are this horrible when buying a vehicle imagine if something happened to your car. All their awards are fake and not worth a thing so ignore all that! All the other reviews are probably fake or lucky customers.

This is the 4th car Iv bought from rs and it’s also the 4th time they been nothing but outstanding. Popped in To view the car which wasn’t on site but they made all the effort to still show me all the relavent spec etc dale was the perfect go between to keep me informed. They arranged for the car to be taxed and even delivered it to me. Once again another seamless purchase from them. Can gurantee I’ll be back in the future for my next car

Bought a 2008 L200 off Robbie 6 weeks ago , was a great guy very helpful even tho I was having the motor without a doubt lol truck drive home perfect and been used everyday and it’s not skipped a beat very happy to say in 44 years it was my very first deal with a car dealer , even surprised me when under it after I got home it’s got more then it was advertised with lol uprated suspension fully under sealed a few years ago no rust any where on the vehicle I’m very very happy best motor I’ve bought to date thanks Robbie even if it was just the pics that made me buy it before seeing it lol

Shabby outfit .Extremely arrogant and aggressive attitude when challenged about the quality of an MOT, of which the paper work was never produced. I was told to leave the ‘office’ and I was pleased to, with my money still in my pocket. If I had read the other Google reviews first I wouldn’t have bothered with them in the first place.

Amazing company to deal with, the team at RS Car Sales are very helpful, they will always give their honest opinion and go out of their way to help with any queries, would highly recommend using this company, outstanding service and very professional.

Rude owner….. emailed telling me he’s going out for beers on the refundable deposit I paid as we couldn’t agree on trade in price. Obviously didn’t get brought up with manners……like to call it straight talking on his review responses. He’s an absolute tool. Also threatens people if you read the google reviews

Bought a BMW 320D M-Sport here recently, fantastic company to deal with, always go the extra mile to ensure all the cars are in A1 condition before handover! Great selection of cars too, I had to check out the G-Wagon when I picked up mine! #One day... Also a very welcome change from the conventional dealership experience as they operate in a no pressure sales environment, no trying to sell unnecessary add-ons etc. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to thank the guys at RS Car sales for a 100% no-hassle sale. I’ve been looking for a car for a while. Late Monday a BMW was posted on their website, with an excellent video presentation. I phoned early Tuesday and spoke with Rory and the deal was done. Considering I’m about a 5 hour drive to Scotland, I mentioned I could fly down to the central belt area, as they offered delivery and better still, no charge for doing so. I met up with Adam at Glasgow airport yesterday, with the car. It was 100% as described, absolutely perfect. Showed me all I needed to know, paired my phone for me, I had an excellent run around in it.

The customer service was great, I was looked after from the start and their after sales care was impressive. Would highly recommend them and will be happy to come back for my next purchase. Very happy with my car. Thank you for all your help and assistance.

I purchased a car from here in October, a Blue Vauxhall Astra VXR 2014 model to be exact. The very first day of delivery I noticed a horrible noise from the engine. I took the car for a drive and not even 20 minutes later the engine management light came on! During the drive I pulled the driver side visor down and noticed it was completely snapped and stuck on with double sided tape, decided to park up and check the passenger side visor to then be surprised with that one also having the exact same issue.  Some "small" things that are worth mentioning as you expect nothing like such with a car you JUST bought.. the windscreen washer cap was completely missing and I had a persistent number plate light out warning, I was shocked to say the least. I emailed them of the known issues and the reply from them was "We will look on ebay for parts that are a direct fit", keep in mind I did not once get an apology for all of this. I still did not get an update on any of the broken parts despite them saying they would look, nothing from them. The car was taken to a local garage and they ended up having a fair few codes pop up on the computer and were unable to fix the issue, to be specific the one causing the EML. Codes were cleared and the EML came back minutes later, continued by that dreadful noise from the engine. I contacted RS Car Sales and explained to them how unhappy I was and honestly the owner could have cared less, he offered to fix the car only if I would bring the car 250+ miles, absolutely not, drive a faulty car hundreds of miles?! What!? He never offered to get it picked up, not once was he apologetic, he was in denial that he sold me a faulty car and had nothing but this to say "every car that leaves our dealership go through inspections etc" obviously they do not, otherwise I wouldn't have had these issues on the very FIRST day of delivery.. sounds like the staff do not do their Job, or not a good one at that. No amount of proof with the issues from garages would be enough for the owner in accepting fault, 2 garages to be exact. The only reason I bought the car was because of the fact I was told I could take it to any garage to be fixed under warranty aslong as it's no more than £60 an hour labour. I refuse to drive all the way back to them (250+ miles) for it to be repaired at my cost. The owner even told me himself to stop driving the car and make alternative arrangements for work!!He was incredibly rude to me, I noticed others had said the same on their reviews regarding his rudeness. I contacted the finance company to put in a complaint as this experience has been absolutely horrible, best thing I could of done as they did wonders and helped with the situation. Let me tell you the owner of RS Car Sales wasn't happy about the complaint as he made it clear to me on the phone and said to me via email "Get the car delivered back to us and we will provide a refund, let's put an end to this matter" that is after the finance company got in contact with him. I never asked for a refund just wanted the car fixed, but that option is certainly on the table now. The owner wanted me to pay for the car to be delivered all the way back to Chesire and I refused to pay anything, I was sold a faulty car you can come pick it up, I will not be forking out my own money in order for the car to be returned. In the end the finance company agreed that I wasn't being treated fairly at all and offered to get the car returned on their behalf and I will be fully refunded. Terrible dealership that couldn't care less about you as soon as they have the money. Moral of the story positive reviews doesn't always equal good, and will not reflect your own experience, as you can see I made that mistake. Avoid this terrible place.

I have had a great experience with RS car sales. I recently got a BMW 435 something I had been wanting for quite a while. The car was delivered to me in Devon. At this point I had sent the full amount of money and then I almost started panicking as they had the car and my money. Should not have worried because it actually arrived at my house which must be 200 miles or so away at 9am the next morning with a really friendly driver called Steve.
I don't often write reviews but felt compelled as they were incredibly straight forward to deal with. I did read all the google reviews before making my purchase which were overall very very good a few not so good here but certainly not my experience.

It appears I had a lucky escape based on these reviews! I enquired about a car and the supposed owner who took my call just hung up on me after I asked if there was any room on the price. Rude and discourteous, certainly pleased I am not dealing with them.

The real test of any business is when things go wrong. I purchased my Range Rover August this year and was over the moon when it arrived. Sadly after only a few weeks there was a small leak from the rear of the car. This turned out to be the rear diff which eventually after a few more weeks needed replacing due to making a loud noise during travel. I contacted Rory and explained and he was quick to reassure me all would be resolved. The car was returned to RS Car Sales and true to his word Rory and his team fixed the rear diff and got my car back to me. Not only did they have the problem remedied, they hand delivered the car back to me.

Please do not hesitate in buying a car from Rory and RS Car Sales. Their service is unrivalled and you will deal with a proper business who care about their reputation and customer satisfaction. 5* service and highly recommend

Just tried calling up asking for some help and had the cowboy owner calling me thick multiple time all because I'm waiting for my v5 12 weeks later after taking delivery of my car, with no evidence of change of ownership.

This place is an absolute shambles avoid at all costs!!

Amazing customer care and the vehicle is the best I’ve ever had!

Recently bought my Mercedes from RS Sales and it was a brilliant experience. Rory and the team made buying my new car seamless. I was unsure about buying online without viewing the car, however their reputation gave me the confidence to so and the team even bought my old car and delivered the C Class with no downtime. Excellent service and quality will be using again.

Was looking for the right car for a few months and @rscarsales had the one I was after, from the moment I called to reserve the vehicle I had my new car the next day, fantastic speedy service and great friendly guys who helped me fill out any forms I had over email, the new cars fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a high spec vehicle 10/10

Avoid RS Car Sales, they are nothing but a bunch of kids playing with someone else's money. Really, really bad attitude with you if you have an issue after the sale. Back street junkyard run by a thug scam artist

I bought a great car from here and it was delivered to my door free.
A week later one of the brake sensors developed a fault. The sensor was replaced very quickly free of charge. Great service. I would definitely consider buying my next car from here. Special thanks to Tom who couldn’t have done anymore for us.
