Please, please avoid this company. I ordered a Day 2, 5 and 8 test over 2 months ago and never received them. I am still trying to get my money back and don't think I ever will. They send emails saying they are 'processing the refunds and please be patient'. If I could give them a 0 I would, truly awful

Avoid this company. I was suspicious when they seemed incapable of processing my details correctly: wrong address, wrong dates etc. In one day I tried to contact them by phone 72 times (thank goodness for redial!) but not once did I get through.They will take your money but fail to produce. I have complained on the Gov. website. It is disgraceful that this scam outfit is listed there.

DO NOT USED THIS COMPANY. You won’t receive any results.

Do not use this company. Their claims of next day results on their website are u true. I had an absolutely terrible experience trying to get my covid tests for returning to the UK. I ordered day 2 and 8 tests, as well as a day 5 test to get released early. The tests arrived promptly, my girlfriend did it on day 2 and we sent it the same day through a priority post box. Those results we got back 8 days later. The day 5 results (where you pay to get out early) we didn't get back for over a week, the day 8 results didn't come back for 4 days. Which of course meant that we couldn't leave early and werent sure wether we could leave quarantine at all because we hadn't had any results back. I was phoning rtdiagnostics multiple times every single day to enquire when we might get them back as we had plans to visit my parents on day 8 because we should have had our day 5 results back by then. Every single time I called It said the line was busy, or I was put on hold, and I never got through. I must have called 2 or 3 times every day. I sent multiple emails during the quarantine and after, none of which have been responded to except one, which said they will forward the email to their refunds department. That was a month ago and have not heard anything since,despite more emails being sent.

Bought a day 5 early release test in June, it didn’t arrive until AFTER. Day 8 by which point NHS Test and Trace had sent me the missing test. I had called and emailed repeatedly and has no response. Now I am trying to get a refund as I have since returned the unopened tests. No resolution. Appalling scam.

I'm still waiting for my Day 5 PCR test that was due on 10 June 2021 and cost £50.
I have sent many e-mails and called their number many times but never managed to speak to anybody.
A disaster!

Bought day 5 test to release on 2nd June which never arrived, tried several messages and emails and no reply or action towards a refund.
It's reaching 60 days and I'm definitely considering escalating this to small claims court as it's just disgraceful to steal people's money.
I had a reply to my 1st message and thought they would be different from other companies but just as disgraceful or worse. Worse is the fact they were on the gov website!!!!

Disgusting bunch of crooks. After all the non-service others here have also received, I was told by Beckie Ward on the 5th July that she personally went down and got my refund actioned and that it would be with me within a few working days. Nearly a month later, and NOTHING. I'm enraged that the gov had the nerve to put these crooks on its website and then wash its hands when they turn out to be incompetents or plain con artists.

I bought day 2 and day 8 tests for me and my wife.
Day 2 was 10th July and Day 8 was 16th July.
Still waiting for any response except telling me that they are no longer giving results. What are we meant to do??
We done our 10 days , received 2 phone calls a day making sure that we was at home and then get let down and out of pocket by £162.00. Great government recommendation……..

Ditto, ditto..... this company was no.2 on the .Gov Web site, its a shambles. The public get phone calls and checks everyday it beggars belief 😒

This company is clearly not operating a good faith.
They have delivered day 5 test ordered on day 1 on day 9 and and then spoon fed us with "we have send your email to the refunds team". After that never heard from them. It is unconscionable how a company with such low customer service standards was allowed onto a goverment website.

My experienced in meeting the staffs at Regenerative Wellbeing Center at Birmingham City Centre, Bullring (Upper Floor), Moor Street, Birmingham is that they are very friendly, courteous, and makes me feel comfortable. I would recommend these staff members to others. Maggie have reached out to me during my personal situation. My relationship ended so I went to get my PCR Antigen Test completed within 72 hours. I was heartbroken while she was attending to me but at the end of the Test she encourages me. Therefore I give her a 10 in Excellence to acknowledge my problem.

Like many others still waiting test results after 4 days.
Now company are non-operatonal; whatever that means.

Just do not use them.

They are hopeless.

Day 2 test arrived day 9. Day 8 test is presently 9 days overdue so I'm on day 17 with no response. Everything registered fine and acknowledged by them.

Just one shambles of a business. If no stars were possible then no stars would be it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will be spending money for nothing. I paid for day 2 and 8 but no results received. I had to chase for results on numerous occasions - sometimes getting through was impossible. I received a result for my day 8 before the sample left the allotted post box! So whose result that was? Please save your money. Listen to Friday 23rd July ‘You and Yours’ programme on Radio 4. You will hear there are numerous complaints about this company.

Bad experience - unprofessional customer service and delayed results (I got my day 5 results three days later, what a waste of money!).

This operation is a racket and should be dealt with as such. Disgraceful customer service; faizal shokat is an arrogant deceitful person, unbelievable how people elected him to be councillor. I found out recently that one of the directors is an ex MP who has a history of sleaze, shahid malik; he resigned from rt diagnostics but is listed as director for realtime diagnostics, a parallel company set up around the same time. They playing games with peoples lives and making huge amounts of money in the process. They should be done for corporate manslaughter and be put behind bars. Simple as that. You will have your day in the dock mr shoukat.

i live in Halifax, so used this shambles of a company, i paid for the day 2 and 8 test when still abroad and then day 5 release. day 2 was posted no reply whatsoever, so got to day 4 my wife went to there premises to sort it out then went back early in the morning with day 5 test and handed it over, still no reply day after, so my wife went back up at 4pm to ask for results, they said i had not registered the test so started to register, then found out i had registered if after all. the anxiety caused was unbeleivable. before she went up i phoned the help line on 2 mobiles over 100 times, ever so often i would get through then the line would drop after 5 or 10 minutes of waiting in the que, or the line would connect and i could hear people talking, i was released on day 5 the day after so could go to work and on day 8 i still didnt get a reply after 10 days so went through facebook chat and got them to send the results that way.

3 x day 2 tests sent back - zero results received
