All good and efficient, would have been a 5 star but one tub of tanking liquid had leaked in packing, not too much lost but it’s sticky stuff!!

After having to cancel after waiting for 6 weeks with another company I found similar on rubberduck. I emailed them to check if they had the item I had ordered in stock and explained my situation of needing them ASAP. They responded straight away saying them would have them out to me the next day and they have arrived as promised. Also saved £50 compared to the other place

Great service from Rubber Duck Bathrooms. I recently ordered some wall panels and ceiling cladding, and everything was delivered within 3 days.
I first used this company around 3–4 years ago for a full bathroom, and the quality of everything supplied was excellent. On this occasion, we had a couple of ceiling panels that were damaged, but after a quick email and phone call, replacements were sent out without any fuss.
Good prices, good service and, based on my experience, I really can’t fault them. I’ve seen some of the previous reviews, which is a shame, and hopefully they can resolve any issues customers have experienced. Personally, I’ve had nothing but a good experience with them both in the past and recently.

The product we ordered was not available. This is of course no problem, it can happen. Sadly Rubberduck offered an alternative product that we didn't like the look of, and we would have had to pay more for it as well. We have requested a refund twice already and are still waiting for pay-out weeks later. As a small business, it is not great for us to have to wait so long for £1700. I would not recommend Rubberduck if this is how they operate.

Got the product I wanted at a decent price. Delivery seemed expensive but price of product made up for that. Came well packaged. Not much more you can say about a bog seat.

We're doing a full house renovation and have dealt with a large number of suppliers. We've used Rubber Duck before without a problem but this time their customer service was woeful to the extent that we won't be using them again.
We bought two identical bathroom taps for a twin sink. Both taps leaked from multiple points. I contacted them for replacements and attached photos of the leaks. Other than a "Sorry. I'll contact the manufacturer" we got nothing. After chasing it multiple times, a single new tap turned up which wasn't much use as both leaked. Several more chasing emails later, I requested a refund. Again, nothing beyond "Sorry. I'll contact the manufacturer and get back to you". I've been polite, and patient for more than a year now and, disappointingly, Rubber Duck have done nothing. I wouldn't use them again.

Very fast delivery over bank holiday Monday after being let down by another company were I waited 3weeks when cancelled and rubberduck came to the rescue

Good materials at great prices delivery of wetwall took a little longer as I’m in Scotland but overall happy with the service I’ve already had another customer order their bathroom and will soon be ordering more.

You passed the 'Ronseal' test, i.e. you did what it said on the tin. Also provided a little helpful feedback via email.

Delivery driver very reluctant to put delivery in garage. Drive way delivery only.

I’ve bought and used the Abacus wall board kit from Rubberduck before…it was so easy to use I bought it again for the other half of our bathroom. Great value for money plus peace of mind against leaks, what more can you ask for? It was delivered undamaged by a lovely, friendly guy who had to navigate a tricky path in the dark. All in all an excellent experience and service. I can recommend.
