Any place willing to attempt to strongarm employees to work on Christmas for no extra pay with little to no warning, then fire an employee of 20 years for not forcing his staff to come in, even though he and a small team DID work that day is greedy and not worth spending ANY money on. Don't support this corporate hellscape.

I am not here to speak on the food or service at Ruby Tuesdays, but I do feel very strongly that I needed to come on and say that I could never again patronize a restaurant who treats its employees so abominably enforces people to come into work on Christmas Day and then fires the manager because he couldn’t get enough people to show up. What you did to Jeff was inexcusable, ill advised and just plain awful of you as a company. I think people should know at least what kind of company and people they’re giving their hard earned money to and in my book, they don’t deserve a penny from any of us.

MIDDLETOWN (NY) RT IS TOP NOTCH!
We have been going to the MIdletown NY RT for years. Lately, I was getting tired of the same old salad bar. RT must have read my mind. Their new salad bar is amazing. They brought back the eggs. They added new dressings, including CEASAR, my fave. There are also many new healthier additions to the selection. The food is always good and prices are super (Th single smash burger and fries, or tots, plus salad bar only $8.99.
When they actually care!
The food was great I had the beef ribs. The server was Gwen very kind, and respectful went above and beyond to accomodate me and my guest, food came out in timely manner great atmosphere!

Mandy and her staff were excellent. They have the best salads. Always fresh. I truly enjoyed going there tonight. I couldn't have chosen a better restaurant. Everyone was so nice and helpful

This place USED to be soooo good
This place used to be soooo good, with much bigger portions.
The Mozzarella Sticks & Chicken Tenders look NOTHING like they do on the menu!!! Talk about FALSE ADVERTISING 🤦♀️
And where else do they bring you SLICED mushrooms, when you order Fried Mushrooms as part of the Appetizer Trio? They were served in a side bowl, they were so small. And they used to being you bigger portions of the dips for the appetizers. I was out of dip after 3 bites. I ran out of dip before the food. Not to mention, they only gave me 1. Honey Mustard for the chicken "nuggest", and 2. Marinara for the mozz sticks. No ranch (or any other dip) for the mushrooms.
The mushrooms tasted like mushy canned mushrooms, fried in some nasty looking brown flour.
And the service from our waiter sucked;
The wait for our food was super long, and when finally got it, it was no longer HOT.
We sat here thirsty for much much longer than we should have, having to flag him down for refills. And knowing all our plates were all empty, and we told him we aren't doing desserts. He left and never returned with a check. He had 1 other table, that was it.
I ened up asking a girl cleaning off a table if she could go tell our waiter we need the check. He came back 10 minutes later and said "did i forget to get you guys anything"? We said we just needed OUR CHECKS. He came back with 1 check, then asked if we wanted it split up!? 🤦♀️ We "said" F it and I just venmo'd my aunt, what we owed her, since she paid.
Also the Cat Fish was EXTREMELY small. And the French fries were bland!!
The only thing that was decent tasting were the "sides" on the Salad Bar.
Speaking of... the salad bar used to be $9. It is now $13!!!!!!🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
We used to love Ruby Tuesday's, but after yesterday, we will probably never go back.
Hickory Bourbon Pork…
I ordered the Hickory Bourbon Pork Chop, which came with two sides: mashed potatoes and broccoli. Unfortunately, the pork chop was so tough that I left over half of it uneaten, and the mashed potatoes were cold. I mentioned this to the waiter, but nothing was offered to resolve the issue.

Awesome experience
My husband and I had dinner at Ruby Tuesday in Pocomoke MD. They were short staffed and Deandre, the cook, came to the front of the house to assist. He welcomed us to the restaurant, took us to our seat, took our order, brought our drinks, and cooked our food. After our meal, he came back out to ensure we were happy with our food. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He is the definition of team work.
Exceptional Nite Out at the Sanford NC Ruby Tuesdays
We dined at the Sanford, NC site on 6/28. I don't normally do reviews but thought I would be doing others and this restaurant a major disservice if I didn't share I and my wife's experience.
1)We arrived and received prompt, courteous seating
within seconds.
2)Within a minute or so, the pleasant professional
server met us at the table and was very helpful with
the menu and my wife's questions about it.
3)She remained available and checked back with us
several times during our meal. Allison was our very
professional, courteous, polite server's name. We,
me & my wife, highly recommend her. During our
meal, the manager Jim asked us how we were
doing and was everything up to par with our meal
and dining experience ... the meal and service was,
and that's what we shared with him.
4)The food was fresh, the service was great, and the
staff was visible, professional, and helpful.
5)Overall, our visit with this restaurant was
memorable, it made my wife, and by extension of
that myself, feel welcomed and not just a number.
We could tell that the staff was genuinely trying to
do a good job with our meal and the service where
we were concerned.

Ruby Tuesday, Vero Beach FL—The only reason I chose any stars was our waitress Ryan! She made up for a bad experience at the door with inexcusable rudeness from the hostess. With a restaurant full of empty tables you can’t tell people you have to wait 5 minutes then maybe 15 or 20? If you do not have the help to run the restaurant like cooks in the kitchen close the doors! This is the “hospitality” business we are here to have a nice experience and paying for it! Thanks to Ryan it worked out!!!

Poor Quality
I just spent $60 on an almost inedible meal. The steak was almost raw, the salad bar was not up to usual standards, and the smash burger bun was stale. I ended up taking the steak home to finish cooking, but honestly the dog will probably be the one to eat it. I always loved Ruby Tuesday. I don't know what happened to the DuBois, PA location.

We order food at the Ruby Tuesday's Tillman's Corner regularly. Tonight, the food was the worst. My husband had a ribeye, and it was raw & hard. It was not eatable.
I doubt I will ever eat there again.

The ruby tuesday in saraland power went out on friday after I made an order online. Fernando provided excellent customer service by cooking my food fresh and communicating with me to get my food. The food was delicious and he made the best out of a bad situation because there system was still down. 5 star service and food thank you ruby tuesday staff for turning my frown upside down :) special thanks to mr. fernando

Food was great, drinks were good - redeemed my RT app for a $3.00 entree - bill should have been $18.99 plus $6.50 one drink plus $8.00 one drink plus 14.99 turning into $3. 00 - total SHOULD have been $36.49 before Georgia taxes and tip - came to $51.30 before tip; gave 60; waiter came back with my change, asked him about the $3 entree - he went to see manager - said they could give me $11 food item INSTEAD of redoing it properly and giving me back proper change. DO NOT TRUST WAITER 2089 Brian at Marietta #4381!!!!!!!!! In case they want to refund me properly they can contact me 705 691 7793. It's only $11 - but I am Canadian so my $51 bill comes to $70.59 - I really am not impressed with the manager's decision.
