I ordered 3 items. In response, I was told that due to an error, all items are no longer available. However, instead of 111 euros, I was only refunded 99 euros. Thanks for nothing. Total rip-off..
Update 04.07.26. Even though the items aren't available. The issue was resolved quickly and easily. The communication is very good and fast, so I've updated my review.

We’re very sorry for the frustration caused with your order and refund.
After looking into this, we can see that all three items were unfortunately unavailable due to a system error, and when your refund was processed, the postage charge was not included correctly. This was our mistake, and we sincerely apologise.
We have now rectified this and refunded the remaining postage amount back to you. The rest of your refund is on the way and should appear back on your original payment method shortly, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We completely understand your disappointment, and we’re sorry that this was not handled correctly the first time.

Disappointed with sizing chart
Disappointed with sizing chart, item was much smaller than expected. Had to pay for item to be delivered and returned! Cost me over £6 for an item that was the wrong size. Will think twice before using Rugby Heaven on line shop in the future.

Delivery on time and excellent quality of rugby top. However couldn't get the top over my grandsons head. Had to return the top to the local shop. No issues. Awaiting refund.
