Canterbury of New Zealand was established back in 1904 when John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin began producing woollen garments deep in the Canterbury Province of New Zealand. Before long, they were making uniforms for the army during the First World War, and they earned themselves a reputation for manufacturing tough, durable kit. So much so, the legendary All Blacks rugby team approached them to produce rugby attire in which they could play.
The rest as they say is history; Canterbury of New Zealand outfitted the All Blacks team for over 75 years and is now the largest dedicated rugby brand in the world. Canterbury currently supplies kit to numerous high-profile national rugby teams; England Rugby and Ireland Rugby, as well as leading clubs such as Bath and Ospreys.

Refund process no comms
The refund process is clunky and the follow up has been disappointing. Returned an item on the order on the day it was received. Tracked it to see if it was delivered and it was two days later. Heard nothing for near a week. Followed up on chat, only to be told it will get escalated, with no outcome of a refund. It’s only a top, and the acknowledgement / comms has been terrible. Since raising the issue I’ve still heard nothing. No email. Unsure if I’ll ever shop on the website again.

Great Deal I got for 2 x Rugby Boots. My boys absolutely love them. One of my boys is really hard to buy boots for as he has extra wide feet but the canterbury boots i have purchased he finds very comfortable. Boots were delivered the day after ordering so I was really stoked with that. Great experience :)
