Dear Elissa, We’re sorry to read your review and understand how frustrating this must have felt. During busy periods such as Pesach, when we are dispatching close to 1,000 parcels a day across the UK, including major Jewish centres such as London and Manchester as well as more remote areas across the country, deliveries may occasionally be split into more than one consignment. This is especially the case where chilled, frozen, and ambient items are handled separately to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. In these situations, parcels may arrive at slightly different times, but all parts of the order are dispatched and tracked accordingly. We appreciate that this may not have been your expectation. At Sabeny.com, we provide nationwide delivery of kosher groceries across the UK, and while the vast majority of orders arrive on time and in full, we regret that this experience did not meet the standard we aim to provide. As requested, the second delivery was stopped and a full refund was issued.
