Sent my saddle off to be sold on my behalf collection was fast valuations quick and responsive awaiting sale very satisfied

Superb customer service from beginning to end. Initially enquired about a saddle that was already on trial but within hours I had a message to say that it was coming back into stock and they could get it out to me straight away. Had the saddle two days later. Turned out not to be the right fit but the return service was seamless. Would not hesitate to recommend and I will be a returning customer,

The whole experience was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for more. The customer service was amazing and all emails responded to quickly and very informative and willing to help. The courier service was also brilliant.

Ordered a black country saddle to try, they phoned and said I might as well take another to try as you only pay for one. They offered a different saddle (native pony saddle) not what was recommended by my saddle fitter but I thought I’d try it as I thought I had nothing to lose.
Once they both arrived we preferred the look of the native saddle one. I emailed and explained my saddle fitter couldn’t come out to check for another couple weeks. That I would send the Black Country one back and appreciated only a 5 day trial on the other one so if I offered to pay for it and asked if the saddle didn’t fit once the fitter came out could I send it back.
They didn’t reply…..
So I phoned them ‘big mistake!!
Girl on the phone said they would take it back less a small admin fee.
It didn’t fit and I asked to return it to be told they would take 30% commission or 25% seeing as they wouldn’t refund me!😡 They said I could have extended the trial - well this wasn’t offered to me when I phoned them. At no point would I have bought the saddle if I knew they would go back on their word. So I’m left £700 out of pocket and a saddle that I didn’t want in the first place!

Really great service, this will be my go to place for any future saddle requirement. Thank you Beth!

Saddles direct is the only place that I could find the stirrup leathers that I wanted. They are made in England and the company that made them could not send anything to the US at this time. The stirrup leathers arrived very quickly from Saddles Direct, and I'm so happy that they were able to accommodate me!

I purchased an anatomical girth from your over 2 years ago and it still looks brand new (when cleaned) 😂 I have just bought a dressage saddle so ordered the anatomical dressage and this is also excellent quality. I would highly recommend the leather anatomical girths from yourselves.

The balance stirrups are great and definitely do what they are meant to do and a great price too. And fast postage
