As Described

Great item, item took time to be delivered, but through no fault of this company, when I asked a question they got back to me super fast actually 15 minutes after I emailed, and stayed in contact till my order arrived,
It was being sent directly from the manufacturer who had a back log of orders to fill after Easter, I would definitely use this company again.

I ordered a 2 lever union rebated…

I ordered a 2 lever union rebated sashlock which arrived in very good time. Unfortunately I was subsequently advised by a locksmith that I had ordered the incorrect size. In spite of safe.co.uk's Tracy Martlew's sincere apologies my return request had been made outside of the 14 days return period. All in all not a great experience.

Prompt delivery

I was after an unusual size euro cylinder. Safe had it in stock, it was a great price, it was delivered promptly and I installed it without a hitch.

Worries resolved by a phone call.

I was a getting worried about delivery timings then one phone call resolved the matter.
The member of staff also followed this up with regular contact so that I was fully aware of the progress up to the point of delivery. All items delivered intact.
