I was a getting worried about delivery timings then one phone call resolved the matter.
The member of staff also followed this up with regular contact so that I was fully aware of the progress up to the point of delivery. All items delivered intact.

The safe that eventually turned up
The safe was the best price i found, ordering was easy, and i was informed as when it would be shipped, and that’s where it went sideways! I took the day off for delivery which was an all day delivery, there were no updates apart from it was going to be delivered, I rang Safes around 2pm to see if it was still on track, as I was unable to track my delivery. Finally 6pm arrived and no delivery, wasted a whole day in for a no show delivery. I emailed them to find out where it was, and was told the delivery driver was out of hours, when my safe turned up on the Monday I asked the delivery driver why it hadn’t arrived on the Friday only to be told it wasn’t at their depot on the day it should’ve been delivered! Someone was telling porky pies!!!
Anyway the safe is a fantastic piece of equipment and would certainly buy another!!

The web site was very good, enabling me to get the correct lock to replace my 20year old one.
The lock arrived the following day after ordering.
I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Yale instruction to lock and open safe were poor and basic l needed to watch guidance on YouTube. Happy with safe operation and does what I need it to do

Good key safe, but poor screws.
The key safe & the company team were fine. My problems came with the masonry screws provided with the safe. They were softer than our hard bricks so we had to swap to larger holes with expanding bolts.
Would still buy the safe, it is good.
