If you say money can not buy health salad master is the only one thing that provides health benefits in the whole world. I used to spend over 500 pounds every year buying different cookware and feeding my kids poison from the chemicals they produce and this is proved and used to discard them yearly. The value that salad master produces by maintaining the food nutrition and its life time warranty makes it the best investment in the world. If someone cares about their and their family health they appreciate the salad master benefits. People spend thousands of pound every year on holiday and investing in this product cost much less. We had salad master set for over 7 years and enjoy every day its use and health benefits. Is an investment that I am proud of and never will regret.

I got my pots set from Khanyi in Wigan .I saw the pots and was genuinely interested due to the so called health benefits.My total was worth nearly £4,000.However,after getting the first pair,my husband wasn't happy with the price and quality either and asked that we return it.I messaged immediately on the same day to let her know about this and to initiate the refund as I haven't used the pot yet . Unknown to me that this was her scam tactics,Sil took the packaging for the pots and told me that she had already discarded them and didn't know where so there was no returning of the products.In the midst of all this ,she kept on smiling and telling me to pay up the money in 6months as there won't be any interests if I paid before this time.She then went ahead to still supply the remaining pots after few days and ignored all my requests to terminate .
In her pretence to help,she said she could only take back few if the pots away (worth £1500)and pay in 3 installments.I asked her about the interests added to my payment as the loan was taken out in my name, and she insisted that I pay off in 6months to avoid any extras.She made the payments in 8months as against the proposed 3months she kept paying in small amounts when she wishes making it impossible to even boycott the interests.So she claimed claimed she bought the pots from me and still refused to pay the interests.This was since April 2025 and she just made the last payment today in November.If it was so easy to pay off why did she take so long to pay up for the pots she took back.😞 😭 😭

I contacted salad master and enquired about the interests and was told that the interests counts no matter the time of paying off.I went back to Sil to tell her about this and she started to curse me and threatened to take me to court as she was doing me a favour by taking the pots back.The greatest mistake I ever made was allowing them to come to my house and getting me into dept for a pot that is not even worth it.The pot is always sticking to my food and spills water everywhere each time I cook with it. I only let it slide because I got to know about this through a so called friend (now severed) and I was trying to keep it mutual.But anywhere and anytime I get the opportunity,I will advise people not to be vulnerable like me.I don't know about other SM sales persons,but the one I encountered was horrible.
Please avoid by all means and don't fall a victim like I did .

I bought this cookware in 2020 and have been using it since. It does as it promise providing us with a healthy way of cooking. It has eliminated our use of oil and our food tastes way better than cooking in cheap pans. In fact, my cholesterol is now back to normal. I recommend this cookware 100%. Yes, it’s expensive but going to the hospital is way more expensive.

Bought my set for over ten years ago , this helped my wife to avoid high cholesterol & diabetes. Cookware still looking new, with a lifetime warranty, Saladmaster is the best

Am an owner of saladmaster for 9 years now. i have no regret with the cookware, and yes you maximise nutrients in your food, ease of clean, best investment i made for my health. just the fact its made from stainless surgical 316 Ti is enough for me, clean food no metal leaching in my food. For those experiencing burning and sticking its all in heat regulation, if it disclours its all about heat and you can have it cleaned and restored to its original look. if you own one and having issues contact your dealership customer service is part of what you get yearly or anytime you have issues with cleaning, if your burning regulate the heat cook on medium- gas cook on blue flame not red... am a happy owner who have shared with others the benefits. Bad reviews are not always reason to stop you from investing in yourself if this company is 20yrs in existence in UK with over 50 saladmaster offices or dealership and still growing that shows that the product is working for many hence thousands are buying it.

I have been reaching out since April because my electric skillet has stopped working. They gave me a point of contact in UK but haven't heard from her for 3 months now. Sent loads of emails already.

Very crap company and scammers. Don’t fall victim, they coerce you into buying this and then you find out you’ve made a very wrong financial decision. Don’t fall victim, they are scammers and trying to force you. DON’T LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME! BEWARE!

This cookware is crap. I have used it according to their directions and it SUCKS. You are better off with a $20 skillet from Walmart. The big pitch is that you don't have to use oil, guess what? Even if you do, EVERYTHING sticks. If these people approach you, save yourself a grand or two for some inferior crap and RUN.

Please run away from these people. I was coerced into buying this product and I hate myself for it. I was even convinced into joining the business before I realised it was all crap. I wish I can return this supper expensive classic set. I am debited monthly and I get zero value for my money. A very big mistake on my part and now I am stuck with this huge bills to pay. Supper annoying.

I agree completely with rasheedah (review below), saladmaster do not reply to emails, they are a total scam company!
The contact people (bottom of the pyramid scheme) are only authorized to sell the inferior rubbish and as you go further up the pyramid scheme the harder it is contact real people, and then if you finally get someone other than the computer generated "here2help email", you get ignored!!!

I have made genuine inquiries about their failed bimetallic design, worse still saladmaster know their product is a failure, but they simply ignore me and continue selling their totally failed pots and pans !!!

I notice the 5 star reviews are not by customers either.
Apparently all they get is a free meal as payment for their review? (see reviews 4-5 November)

Beware anyone contemplating this expensive yet unusable product.

I had the pleasure of meeting Izabella, the Saladmaster representative, last Saturday. I was hugely impressed by the experience and her knowledge about the products . I took part in a presentation for this product. I was initially told that the presentation was about health and nutrition. I agreed to watch the presentation for a friend so long as I didn't have to sign up to anything. I repeated this to the person who called to confirm the virtual presentation. Upon recieving the Zoom link I researched the persons name and discovered that they were part of an organisation that sells Saladmaster products and stumbled upon these reviews. I'm glad I did because it reenforced by decision not to buy or sign up to anything. During the presentation I continously made it clear that everything comes down to price and that Saladmaster didn't seem like it would be any better than other products I'd seen advertised. The presentation was about 1.5 hrs, which I didn't know beforehand. The lady doing the presentation was nice and did chuckle whenever I mantioned price, rebuffed claims, or gave a response that was contrary to what they were expecting, not being concerned/having worries about certain disdeases or health conditions. However, the lady who initially called to confirm my participation in the presentation looked visibly annoyed at the end, especially as I said I wouldn't refer anyone because I knew they wouldn't be interested in sitting through a long presentation for pots and pans. She said that I shouldn't tell people it's about pans, because it's a presentation on health and nutrition.
But, it isn't. All the health claims are just there to try and make people buy, some of these claims are false or exaggerated. In addition, they make it sound as if Saladmaster is going to be your saviour when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. It won't, a balanced diet and physical exercise (something that they never mentioned) is all you need, or at the very least it's a good starting point. If you can afford this product and you really like the idea, then go ahead. But DO NOT spend thousands of pound on a set of cookwear, if you're going to be struggling. I say this as someone who could have paid the £60 - £90 a month that was quoted, but not on this.
