I use SalonSpy as as a salon owner and a salon user. As a salon owner I find it a very important platform for our clients to give honest feedback, good or bad, this gives me a true indication of how my girls are performing; it’s also great for the girls to read how their efforts impact the clientele.

Because of the above, I always give feedback on the salons a use - I know how important it is. I find the platform easy to use, it lets me rate the salons in key areas a well as the room to go into detail. I understand the need for SalonSpy to verify who I am, so that they know I’m a genuine reviewer.

SalonSpy is a fantastic review platform, the more salons use it, the better!

Amazing site, has loads more Salon reviews than anywhere else

Hi - I’ve revised the review I have attempted to put on 3 times now, I hope this review satisfies the guidelines, its non-malicious, based upon fact & it deals with the service Salonspy have displayed.

Without going into detail, after having contact & dealing with Salonspys head office & Toni & Guys Hemel store, I have to argue that my 2 letters to the store IS asking for assistance albeit feedback for part of the companies framework - therefore I am qualified to pass an opinion upon this salon & its service.

I’m not here to add fuel to arguments nor do I have an agenda, I’m not here to pass of malicious reviews or cause offence, I’m here to state that this store could not offer a simple reply to my request, all I want is a reaction to this simple request. I find it quite shocking now after all this time, after numerous posts to social media etc, letters, emails, anybody would think I want blood, all I want - all I’ve ever wanted is somebody from this store to acknowledge myself & offer something, anything - if that's too much then what really is the point of having trustpilot,social media,resolver etc if the “help” doesn’t offer anything sensible???

Also I'd lastly add that why doe Salonspy insist upon ignoring me, I even offered my revised review to them, I find it amusing now that I've tried to be the bteer party here by offering an olive branhc so to speak & it still falls upon silence.

Very poor & disappointed Salonspy.

Updated notes: Yes I relaise this but I tried to get advice & help from you, Salonspy & Toni&Guy have been damn awful about the whole thing, Salonspy reviews premium hairdressers - I have used both services now & both are one a par with each other - upon research I relaised that salonspy always seems to favor premium hairdressers & it rarely shows a bad reveiws barring a few where they get an apology etc. Poor customer service allround.

Its feels like scoring a champoins league goal in getting this review published & OK'ed now, at last I'm getting some way to somebody/anybody acknowledging I even exist - remember the orignal ssaga started way back in 2018. Thank you Trustpilot - I'm sorry that I've had to jump trough hoops like a circus animal.
