Just had craig as first visit from saniflo. Am delighted with the service. Craig was excellent , professional and experienced and sorted both units out fixing problems he went above and beyond. Best plumber i ever met ! Thank you so much

I was disappointed with the service from saniflo specialist. I knew mine was beyond repair and asked for a quote for replacement which they were cagey about telling me the engineer would see if it could be fixed and would quote for a replacement on site if required. It did need replacing and the quote I got was crazy high. They advertise as no labour charge after the first hour. Yes I expect to be charged for parts but the quote was over double the cost of me purchasing the new macerator from ScrewFix - that's a big mark-up or charging for the labour. I got a different plumber to do the install at a much more reasonable price. The lack of transparency was disappointing.

Jon was friendly polite and efficient . Explained what he had done and advised me on operational requirements.

The engineer, John, was simply the best. He diagnosed the issues, fixed them, and serviced the unit. Very clean job. He recommend products to maintain the unit unit our next service. Fantastic job, great customer care.
