Very nice sausages, large in size and can be cooked from frozen. Very similar tasting to Costco hotdogs. Bargain price for 10. Great for bbq’s, kids parties - etc. very filling and flavoursome.

Well packed and properly cooled box arrived promptly. Great weisswurst and large bags of pretzels! Delicious sweet mustard as well. Highly recommended!

We ordered vegan bratwurst for a bier fest event and not only was the order handled effectively, delivery was as promised but the product was delicious and we received positive comments throughout the evening about how tasty they were!

Great Sausages
Well, the products they sell is worth 5 stars.
However, their product range has decreased considerably.
Sausages mainly now. No other meat. No German beer etc. Very limited range.
Shame because all their products were excellent. Maybe they bring back more.

Disappointing
Despite me confirming that my order would be delivered on the agreed date, which was the day before my Oktoberfest party, it didn’t arrive. The company left me a voicemail early the next morning with the option of them re picking the order and me collecting it from them by 9.15am. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the voicemail until 10.30am and so missed my opportunity. I didn’t receive any apology and was left with no food for my guests. Good customer service would have been to redo my order and deliver it to me, knowing that I had guests coming that day. I won’t be using them again unfortunately.

DHL is our contracted delivery partner and we apologize on their behalf that they have let you down in this instance. You can be assured that this issue will be picked up with them as we always want to provide our loyal customers the best experience possible. We are shipping ….. packages via DHL each week and most of the time shipments arrive on time and to the full satisfaction of our customers.
We understand this does not help in your specific case when you weren’t able to cater our high quality delicious The Sausage Man sausages to your invitees.
Because the notification of the missing products arrived us rather late on Friday, and we couldn’t get a reply before 9.30am on Saturday morning (when our operations close), we were, unfortunately, unable to track the delivery down on time for your party. Be assured that we will look into our options for weekend deliveries in the future. It is in our interest to ensure reliable deliveries so that our customers can enjoy our products when they need them.

Ordered a load of German sausages for Oktoberfest dinner and was not disappointed.
The sausages were very good quality!
Easy to cook from frozen and defrosted.
Delivery was very quick.
Very impressed and would deffinaly order again from such a great company 😀

Eat like a berliner
The weisswurst was gentle flavoured but good texture. The Paprika Debrecener was like if a hotdog and a pepperami had a baby. Good stuff.
Sweet mustard is delicious, and the sauerkraut and gherkins were perfect.
