Item arrived damaged - Customer Service Not Helpful
Item arrived damaged - the whole packaging, the gift set and the item. Trying to get in touch with customer care isn't easy - I emailed saying it was damaged and they asked the question back to me and then closed down the ticket. Very Dissappointing as a first time customer.

One of my items come with a broken bottle and half the perfume missing. Communication with the company has been a struggle to the point I give up and will bin the item.
