2 different batch codes on men’s gift set
Ordered a men’s gift set - it had 2 different batch codes. I only checked these because the colour of the Eau de Toilette Spray didn’t look like advertised and what I have seen in shops. Also the product I purchased based on what I saw online, had a silver tin gift box not a gold one, which was what I received.
Not impressed - I had already received 2 out of date batch codes products from a separate order. No response despite sending evidence over 7 days ago - luckily PayPal refunded my money. Avoid is my advice.

I have ordered numerous times from Scent Outlet but so disappointed with my last order!!!!!
I have ordered numerous times from Scent Outlet both for me and my fiancé. This time around I didn’t receive one of my items even though I paid for it, a Burberry gift set. The delivery slip shows my gift set wasn’t even on the delivery packing slip. I contacted the company swiftly and they have me running around since you can only email them, they take 24+ hours to reply to every email just to ask me basic information I’ve already provided in previous emails. I used to swear by these guys but it seems if you are missing anything, prepare to jump through hoops which is so unfortunate.

What a find
Checked out scent outlet after reading about it. Will never buy perfume from anywhere else again. Managed to buy all my Christmas presents for a fraction of price from the high street or other online retailers. Even got some stocking fillers for my teenage granddaughter from the cosmetic section

Very damaged item delivered. Outer packaging in perfect condition so it was packed damaged. When I emailed with photos was told I could return it but I would have to pay for the return! Appalling customer service.

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the condition of the item you received, we completely understand how frustrating that feels.
Just to clarify for you: the products on our damaged-box range are reduced in price because the outer packaging can arrive with significant wear, and this is stated clearly on the product page and in the item title. The fragrance inside is always 100% genuine and unused, but the box can sometimes look heavily marked.
Regarding returns: if an item arrives different from what was advertised, or unusable, we cover the return. If the box damage is as described in the listing, the return falls under our standard returns policy.
That said, we never want a customer left unhappy. If you email us again at customerservice@scent-outlet.com
with your order number, we’ll review the photos and make sure the correct outcome is applied.

Item arrived damaged - Customer Service Not Helpful
Item arrived damaged - the whole packaging, the gift set and the item. Trying to get in touch with customer care isn't easy - I emailed saying it was damaged and they asked the question back to me and then closed down the ticket. Very Dissappointing as a first time customer.
