They are an organisation dedicated to bullying and abuse. They should be banned. Scrotely, as they are commonly referred to, is a useless organisation run by twits.

For Monopoly GO - Apparently once you are suspended- accidental or otherwise, they will not overturn it so play at your own risk because they will not help you. Would not recommend spending any money on this app.

Here what Customers Services has to say about my suspension by 3 different agents. Why 3 different agents is because they were ending the conversation straight away after they responded the ONLY time.

Just before I disclosed all the information, please be aware I have spent a ridiculous amount of money between June 7th to 14th, 2025 to gain dices and the pricing in CAD isn’t cheap.
I have done 16 different purchases to gain dices and purple packs in hoping to finish sets or play Partners Events.
****UPDATE‼️ received a notification from Apple Store ALL 16 purchases being REFUNDED.***

Ever since this new Star Wars album started, a lot changes happened with Monopoly Go!, less colors packs, less dices and to complete any Partners Events that requires a ridiculous amount of dices and the game being completely RIGGED‼️ It is nearly impossible to complete your first album unless you have a sh!t load of people are genuinely helping you to complete few sets….

Dealing with Customer Services that aren’t consistent, always replies with copy & paste responses, never response to your request and always leaves you multiple unanswered questions with a reasoning that you are THE ONE breaching their Terms and Services. So much easier for them to passively accusing you and they suspended you by saying “ Unfortunately, for privacy and security reasons, we may not always be able to provide specific details about the suspension”…... no matter if you are providing 1 to 50 screenshots, it won’t matter to them..
Scopely has a major need for improved TRANSPARENCY and communication. WHO knows we might be talking to BOT all along… and wont tell…

Now, you tell me who is doing SCAM, FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR….. I have filed with Apple Store a full 16 refunds made this month. Am I going to get my money back? I watch YouTube and this mob’s advertising doesn’t end. It stays on indefinitely unless you actively skip it they are relentless. The next plane to crash into a building in USA should target the office of the main people who run/ own this garbage

Had there employees threaten me they allow there friends to talk shit and when u ask for moderation/admin help they start off with accusing u and belittling me attempting to bully me and threaten me by telling me pretty much to stfu or else

3-Day Monopoly GO Ban for Brief Account Sharing — Treated Like a Cheater?

I got a 3-day suspension on Monopoly GO and wanted to share my experience for others.

I let a real-life friend briefly use my account to help during an event — no bots, no scripts, no third-party apps, no cheating at all. Just someone I trust using my phone for a few moves.

I now realize that even account sharing is technically against the Terms of Service, and I take responsibility for that. But what bothers me is that the suspension message listed serious things like cheating, fraud, and third-party software — none of which I did.

I politely explained the situation to support, hoping for clarity or a warning — instead, I got cold copy-paste replies and no explanation. I wasn’t treated like a real player, just auto-flagged and ignored.

I’m sharing this so others understand how harsh the system can be. Even first-time, small mistakes can be punished the same as actual cheaters.

I still enjoy the game and plan to follow the rules going forward — but I hope Scopely improves how it handles honest players who made a small mistake.

Has anyone else experienced something like this?

A company that gives you nothing on the free games and harassment for money is at the fullest. Stay away from monopoly go is a scam I'm gathering as much evidence against the game to end the frustration of being asked everytime you run out of spins to pay you pay it gives you nothing. I know people that have tried to end their life over the game. It's no fun anymore cause it's all about getting money from you.

I have been waiting for 4 days now for Scopely to refund all my in app purchases after discovering they are scamming their paying customers. Their customer support continues to close the chats without providing a solution: refund.

Sadly have to give 1 star and that’s not even what this company is awarded. It’s clear this company is shitty ran company. There games are ALL RIGGED! Their costumer service is the the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. They simply do not care about customers only the money they generate off customers very sad. I no longer play any of there games and will do everything to expose this shitty ran company and try to keep other people from going through what most of us as customers have gone through. They should just banned this company from the U.S. so hopefully when people around the world see all these reviews it’s clear that globally there are not above 2 stars that is sad and speaks high volumes to the ones who read and listen to review world wide. This company shouldn't be operating this game. Gene Roddenberry, god rest his soul, would be turning in his grave, if he could see this. Paramount really need to audit this company, as their name is attached to it. Help is a poor AI automated service with a 72+ hours per non caring response from someone who introduces themselves then vanishes leaving you to wait for another 72+ hours.

Charge people £100's of pounds for a mobile game that doesnt work, customer service they just palm you off, if you even get a reply. Scopely you are a Multi billion pound company who doesnt seem to be able to afford software developers. Whole company is a joke

They treat their users with contempt when you try to report an issue you get the same response every time and they tell you it’s because you are not betting high enough (so much for gamble awareness) to fix the issue

Worst customer service ever. Game is rigid so events are impossible to complete. It’s impossible to finish the card sets. Have been playing for 2 years and every set I’m left needing 1 gold card for weeks and never get it. Done!

This place is a COMPLETE FRAUD , STAY AWAY FROM THEIR GAMES , the company completely banned my account because I entered a dice giveaway that’s being posted everywhere , apparently they weren’t hosting the giveaway so anyone that won got suspended , previously I would use boosting services but didn’t know it was a violation so I stopped doing that. This giveaway was posted on their own Facebook trading site so it was only obvious that I would think they teamed up with IGGM to host the giveaway , and because I didn’t know they weren’t involved I got my account banned. I tried to explain that this giveaway was on their own site but they would not even let me explain it to them … there company is a complete fraud 110% PAY TO WIN site , be careful at all costs , this company , only a matter of time to a class action law suit and I’m going to be there to share everything!

They make it almost impossible to contact them. I have removed the app and will not use or recommend them to anyone. You must be desperate to download their app. I joined a real scrabble club where you meet people play scrabble and chat over a cup of tea.

This company are a disgrace, they tell their players lies about engineering problems being attended too, I have been complaining for 1year and 3months about the screen sizing issue and was told on several occasions that engineers have it in hand🤬🤬🤬 fkin lies❗️all they care about is players spending money.
IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT JOINING A GAME THIS COMPANY OWN, DONT THEY WILL NOT GIVE ANYTHING BACK FOR THE MONEY YOU SPEND.
