We went to ScS at chesterfield we bought a three pice and a puffet the salesman Lewis was brilliant he was very friendly and very helpful, I would highly recommend Lewis the salesman.

Clair was very helpful, excellent experience great value for money, just wish delivery could be quicker.

Nice clean warm shop with very friendly staff who don’t follow you round trying to get sales. Good selection of sofas for all pockets.

Excellent service and excellent communication

The delivery men treated my new furniture with great care and respected my property. They were very courteous and professional.

I bought some sofas from the Chesterfield store and was missed sold protection plan and foot glides, which the guy told me was included in the price. Also whilst checking online at the prices i notuced that ine of the sifas was a lit cheaper than the price that i had actually paid. I went back in store to discuss this which they was happy to help and was told I'd receive a phone call in a couple of days after they had looked into It. I heard nothing. A week later I returned back to store again and they told me that the office had not replied back to them, they would chase it and hear back from them in another fews days. Still didn't hear anything after another week so back to store I went again. Upon checking the files they noticed that the issue had been resolved but couldn't be bothered to let me know. I don't live local to the store either. They have now resolved the problem and refunded me what they owe. Just got to wait for the sofas coming now. Not happy with the lack of communication.

I have given a very rare because the gentleman who helped us and served us was perfect with everything we needed to know he was very polite friendly with us

Claire at Chesterfield branch is lovely and so very welcoming to store.

One thing we liked is the fact we wasn't being followed around the store.

Claire introduced herself and left us to it and we returned asking questions and from that had a chat and made our purchase.

Even Hugo the dog was welcomed which was great!

The service and attention we received whilst in your Chesterfield was second to none.
Claire , the assistant, was extremely knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. Also, every other staff member was friendly and willing to help.
We felt complete at ease and under no pressure to buy.

The delivery guys, Glyn and Tom were great, as were the sales staff in the Chesterfield branch. The sofa is really good, comfortable and well built (pre-takeover so made in UK).

However, the experience arranging delivery before Christmas (which was 'guaranteed' Christmas delivery when we ordered in September) left a lot to be desired. The estimated delivery date of 3rd December came and went. There was no answer from the call centre and online chat messages were ignored. We made a special trip back into store and they chased it for us, and we then had a delivery date of 23rd December. This was cancelled at the last minute and it was eventually delivered on 31st December. Really not impressed with the new owners. Shame as we've bought many items in the past and are unlikely to again, going forward.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Shania the assistant went through all the options with us and then left us to decide what we wanted. There was no pressure on us at all. The options were varied and good value.

A welcoming member of staff who stated clearly that he would not pressure me but was in the background to offer advice and support. When asked he was informative, knowledgable and friendly. He answered my questions and reassured me on many issues.

Everything went wrong. We ordered in August 24 so plenty of time we thought to get decorated and b.new carpet fitted and we're told delivery was 21st November Great!!! The only good thing was the ordering of the suite at the chesterfield shop, they were very helpful when it came for the delivery date nobody knew what they were doing and didn't even know where the delivery was saying they had lost a lorry at Felixstowe. We could not ring anybody direct as it was like a call centre and when we did get through once they said they would ring back, never did. We were now sitting on garden chairs and having to go to bed at 8pm as they were too uncomfortable to sit on for long. We are aged 80 and 77!!! After numerous visits to the chesterfield shop they tried to be helpful but they couldn't find out anything either. It was now the week before Christmas and we had 9 family coming so we had to insist they lent us a suite which they said they would but could not deliver it until the Friday before Christmas. On the Thursday we had an email to say the suite had arrived at the depot and would be DelI've red on the Monday 23rd December Great! My husband went into the chesterfield shop to cancel the delivery of the suite that was beinglent to us on the Friday as the other was coming on the Monday. No problem they said, but what happened the delivery of the loan suite still went ahead and they tried to deliver it on the Friday.. it had never been taken off the delivery sheet and when we rang them to confirm the delivery on Monday of the correct suite I wanted to make sure the puffe was on the order and was guaranteed it was Monday came, suite delivered , no puffe, what a surprise it was not on the delivery sheet and I had been guaranteed it was, but they did bring it within the hour what an experience for 2 old age pensioners. Suffice we will not be using them again

Ordered sofa in September with the promise of pre Christmas deliver after paying payment in full we have heard nothing since cant get through on phone no replies to email. Went to store on Wednesday with promise of phone call on Thursday 19th and Delivery 20th oh wait no phonecall no delivery today!!!!!!!! Niw had a email stating delivery now cancelled and they will be in touch soon with new delivery date NOT GOOD ENOUGH now nothing to sit on over Christmas thanks for that. Seen we not the only ones will be heading to store tomorrow full refund going elsewhere.
