Good sales staff in branch. Quick delivery but more care needed when installing furniture, we was left with some scratches on our laminate floor

Really friendly delivery drivers, set up was quick and simple, very careful not to damage anything, called an hour before arrival, took there shoes off without asking, very respectful.

The team member we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and pointed us straight to the perfect range to meet our needs

from the moment we entered the store we were immediately taken a care of. it was the manager of the store that was helping us through the process of picking our sofa, he provided lots of knowledge about each sofa and the process of ordering to delivering. it was such a stress free experience. they couldn't have gone any further up and beyond for me and my partner.

Only went in to look at sofa's and came out buying one, Holly the assistant was so friendly, pleasant, very helpful and went out of her way to help and guide me.

Ordering, paying, keeping updated I can’t complain about, sofa and chair its self can’t complain about now it’s arrived.

Delivery- it amazes me that you pay so much for something and it’s 3rd party delivery people. This has put me off ever going back. The 3 delivery men were so rude! So brought my sofa but not the chair, where not willing to write to say chair not delivered, eventually did as I wouldn’t let them leave without something to say chair not here. They did supposedly look in the back of the van and there was ‘no chair’ They left a written note on a plain piece of paper. I immediately got in touch with the Scs I had ordered at, to be told we will email distribution, I had in the mean time received an email to say sofa and chair had both been delivered, I asked to be copied in emails as it’s important to have evidence and back yourself up. I offered my cctv which showed no chair. To be fair the lady was helpful and copied me in the emails. With in 1 hour same delivery men where back with the chair with a god awful attitude. We had apparently ‘Cost him 1 hour of their day now’ so rude, and just threw stuff around. Disgusting attitude when it wasn’t even our fault. Never again would I give that amount of money to Scs for my item to come A. Just in a thin cardboard box and B. Be thrown about by a bad attitude third party delivery person.

Staff very helpful and delivery couldn’t have been quicker or smoother

Had a great experience at the Barnsley store today. Chris was very helpful every step of the way without being too pushy, made us feel welcome to take as long as we needed, and encouraged us to test colour swatches in various lightings.

When it came to purchase, he was very informative and took a lot of time to explain every stage of delivery and production as well as going in-depth regarding the care coverage.

A lovely experience and highly recommend.

Great service on the delivery. Excellent communication all the way via email and text right up to the day. The 2 blokes were very quick, unwrapped and put together with no problem. All packaging taken away. Such a brilliant experience. The sofa itself is wonderful.

We were well looked after by Amy all the information we needed she was able to give us. She was very friendly and helped us to make the right decision for us. We were given the chance to see the colour we chose in the showroom on another sofa. All the legalities also were fully explained too before we signed anything. we would recommend your service to others.

I was greeted with a smile and asked if I wanted any help I said no I was just browsing The lady who was called Suzie said I’m hear if you need me and that there were more items upstairs told her we only needed a sofa and we was just seeing what was available and probably wouldn’t purchase anything today she said that was fine she came upstairs with us but wasn’t pushy we found a sofa we liked and I asked her if she could tell us the price in leather and with electric recliner she went through on her tablet and told us the price I told it was the first shop I’d been to and wanted to look elsewhere and she informed me that it was on a special deal and it was changing the next day I said okay no problem I went elsewhere but didn’t see anything else I liked as much We returned to the store and looked at all the samples she took us to the swatches then over to the window to get the colour I wanted I changed my mind on the colour and picked one that I thought would go better with my other items nothing was too much trouble for Suzie she was lovely We made the purchase and was really happy with the service we received

We had previously been into another store in the group and had a good idea what we wanted. We were greeted well. We explained what we were after. The staff member was knowledgeable and helped us to confirm our choice. Purchase made and transaction was smooth and easy. Good communication and transparency throughout. Managed delivery expectations as expected. Good for a major retailer

Everything was explained well regarding the multiple choices of materials and options.

Can't comment on delivery time or quality of the product yet as only just ordered and not due for delivery until the end of October.

The staff were all brilliant. I can’t fault them or the delivery. It was within time and the ability to check progress on the day of delivery fantastic. The delivery men were polite and considerate. They were in my house in less than 10 minutes. That included bringing each part of the sofa in unwrapping them and assembling
The only reason I gave a 4 star is because the colour of my leather sofa looks nothing like the one in the shop. I was expecting a light cream and it’s more beige. I’ve been back to the shop who inform me they have to use the lighting in the shop it’s mandatory. I had asked for a swatch to bring home before ordering but they don’t have those. Shame because it’s a beautiful sofa. The colours grown on me but in my opinion the lighting in the shop is wrong. Getting in touch with head office is difficult you can only write to them. No phone number and no e mail address.
My only advice to anyone purchasing is make sure of the colour.
