Very rude and poor delivery service
We were told our sofas would be delivered on 25th October only to be informed they would be delivered anytime upto and including 22 November. When my husband queried this the person on the phone said it was still within contract on 22 November and it was in the 'small print'. We spent a near 2 hours in SCS ordering sofas for 2 rooms, everything was explained to us to get the 'sale' except the delivery to contract. Having had major surgery, and expectation of sofas for the 25th and then being further rudely spoken to, we would not go to SCS again as we have more items to purchase but not from there.

We do advise that the date on your order document is an estimated arrival date to our Distribution Centre and can change by 4 weeks either side.

Mark & kyle delivery drivers
Mark & kyle were lovely men, they were polite, friendly & very helpful. They cleaned up after they delivered, removed all the rubbish. They had a blanket which they used on the floor, so it wouldn't get dirty. They delivered with care & on time.

Three Seater Corner Sofa of dreams...
The Sales team were amazing, would like to give a special mention to Rav, put my order through, kept in contact the whole way. There was a few hiccups but resolved immeditely when spoken to Rav. The delivery team Glyn and Matty were Polite and lovely couldn't fault them. Rang me half hour before they arrived, Got my sofa in smoothly and efficiently, no trouble. Assembled perfectly. Took all the rubbish.

Glyn and Daz were brilliant
Glyn and Daz were brilliant. Phoned to give a half hour warning. Arrived exactly on time. Very friendly and even put dust sheets down to protect the carpet as it was raining outside.
Staff at the shop were so friendly and professional. Never felt pressured to buy just informed to make the best decision for us

Excellent Customer Experience
Such a great bunch of people to deal with. Quick explanation of fabric choices etc when you come in and then left to browse at your leisure, quick check in if you need any help by which point we did. Rav was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly and we were by no means easy customers! We finally ordered and then had a change of heart to a different sofa, again excellent service from the store, the main phoneline is a nightmare to deal with but has nothing to do with the store. Phil, the manager, was really helpful in getting our order sorted and again was very knowledgeable. Really can't recommend the Whitecity store enough, we did go to another SCS nearer our house and the service we got there wasn't anywhere near comparable to this store. Thank you :)

The staff were helpful patient and…
The staff were helpful patient and answered any questions we had. They gave us lots of information for us to make a decision on our purchase. Gary dealt with completing our purchase and was patient with us because we were so indecisive and also showed us the new types of sofas that they currently sold which we haven't seen anywhere else. Overall it was a really good experience and although our budget was lower than what we paid we still got a good deal in the sale
