We are having trouble with one of the sofas they are quick to take your money but not very quick at resolving the mistakes they need to be replaced and still waiting to resolve the situation we received these beginning of February and still waiting

Lies from the start.
Delivery time extended by nearly six weeks.
Our autistic child was without a sofa.
SCS ignored us when we asked why the delivery was so late. The most that we got was "sometimes deliveries can be pushed back or forward". The customer service is the worst in this industry.
I advise you to buy from elsewhere.
A disgraceful company.

Just had a beautiful suite delivered from SCS the guys were called Glynn and Tom what lovely people they aso had a lovely young man who was training with them they were respectful of my home they were professional as it was difficult to get the furniture in would always reccomend this company

Great customer service from the team at White City.

No complaints at all- pre notification and phone call 30 mins before arrival, quick tidy and removed all packaging with minimal disruption

Was told delivery within 7 days. After getting a date we got rid of our old one the day before only to find out there was a delay. On hold to customer service for 2hrs they couldn’t tell us why it wasn’t delivered nor did they give us another date. Fast forward a month later we cancelled it and went to Argos and got a similar one delivered with 48hrs. Sat on the floor for 4 weeks, thanks scs.

We decided to update our house starting with furniture and carpets complimented by New decor. We did the circuit of Next, Dfs, Furniture village, sofology, Natuzzi, Oak furniture land. We narrowed it down to Next, Scs and Sofology. We revisited each store and finally decided on Scs. Gary the assistant at the White City Store was really attentive, nothing was to much trouble. We are hard at work preparing the rooms ready for everything to arrive. Hopefully we will be pleased once it is insitu.

We bought a 4 and 2 seater sofa from SCS White City Retail Park in Old Trafford. Iqbal was a great salesman who was really friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He was not too pushy and made me and my wife a coffee whilst we relaxed to consider our decision. All in all excellent service and we are really happy with our purchase

Good choice of sofas and chairs spread across 2 floors.Gary approached us and gave brief explanation as to the lay out of the store. He asked if we had anything in particular in mind and pointed out the various different types of suites. He was pleasant and friendly yet maintained professionalism and didn't put any pressure on us to buy . We did make a purchase and appreciated Gary's help .

We were kept well informed and uodated on arrival times from Andy M and John. They were both so polite, friendly and professional. The set up and new suite in a timely manner and ensured all mechanical aspects worked. Great team and highly appreciated.

Great choice, good quality, reasonable price and Max was extremely helpful and not too pushy which very much helped sway our decision when comparing with the other options.

Mervyn and Ross were slightly early than the confirmed time which was great. They unloaded and assembled the 4 box, 2 x 3 seater Italian settees carried in without any mess via the rear of the house and were pleasant,tidy and helpful at all times. A slightly awkward job very well done!
