Salesman was fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy, a credit to your store. The other staff we spoke to was also very friendly. The store layout was great as my partner is in a wheelchair, with plenty of room to get around.

Staff were very informative and went through everything before I ordered a 2 and 4 seater sofas /and foot stool. You had lovely cushions also on that sofa and a throw to match - I was willing to buy these 4 cushions costing £196 if I could buy the matching throw 🙏🏼 but staff said the throw was not for sale decoration only 😩😩 what a shame - it all matched . Disappointing that these throws which match are not for sale .

Staff member was very helpful and we got the chair we wanted. However, the delivery for one chair was £120 I found this unreasonable.

We visited Poltronesofa Spytty Newport, on the 12th of April, we were greeted, and left alone to browse, and we told iff we needed any help to ask, after we chosen our sofa, we were helped immensely by 1 lady and 2 gentleman who were very knowledgeable about what we wanted, they made our experience a easy task, after problems with another company, we left very happy, can’t wait to receive it now, we also took out Elite insurance,having asked about it, explained it all in detail without us getting confused, previously bought from you in the past and definitely in the future, highly recommend this store.

They me date for delivery then cancel it cant give me new date so ring them but wrong number for shop where i ordered from said they would the shop to ring me but did not ring me so i ring the shop and all they did was give me the run round

The delivery gents were polite, courteous and respectful of our property and careful handling of new sofa. They set everything up and even helped disassemble our old sofa! Faultless from purchase to delivery.
