Bought a table and four chairs 14…
Bought a table and four chairs 14 months ago, the chairs have started splitting from the seams, The chairs are swivel and grease keeps falling out of it component, contacted SCS didn’t care. You are only covers for the 1st 12 months on table and chairs paid nearly £1400.
The store manager said I would be covered would just have to pay a callout fee, When contacted them on the phone number provided completely different attitude and response.
Wouldn’t recommend SCS.

A great experience from start to finish
Delivery was super easy and the guys were genuinely friendly and easy-going while maintaining their professionalism. Sofa delivered and assembled within 10 minutes! Amazing.
Buying the sofa was also super easy with very friendly staff who gave excellent advice and insight, making the difficult choice (from a wide range of excellent stock) that bit easier.

We are delighted with the service provided by Josh and Nathan who delivered and assembled the sofas with minimum disruption. They were polite and very professional. A job very well done! Great in store experience at the Rotherham branch too provided by Pauline.

SCS a very worthwhile experience …
From the moment we paid for and ordered our settee SCS kept us informed on our order. We were able to track the delivery and we also received a telephone call prior to the delivery. The two young men were very professional and measured the doorways etc and removed the lounge door and then replaced it, they also took all the rubbish away with them after delivery. First class service from the initial ordering to delivery and I would certainly recommend this company.

New Sofa & Chair
We went to look for a new 3 seater settee and a chair. When we walked in a lady came to us and introduced herself as Pauline, she ran through how the layout of the shop worked and told us there are books with various colours and materials, she then left us to have a look around. When we needed some advice she came to help us and was very helpful. We ordered what we wanted and now are just waiting for delivery due in December.

New sofa ordered
New sofa ordered. I believe the sales womans name was Pauline. Happy that she was not too pushy but was there to answer all questions that we had. Good range to choose from with fabric and colour samples to browse. Would have been a five star review but a little disappointed with the estimated delivery time of around ten weeks.

SCS does not care
Specifically ordered a recliner for my husband who has just had a stroke. Sofa delivered without the cushion and specifically ordered recliners were delivered without power packs. Been told after waiting a week that it'll be another 6-8 week for the power pack. Cannot use the furniture for the purpose it was intended and my husband is bed bound as the hoist won't get him to the chair without the front up. No one at SCS cares.
To add, although the SCS team posted to email them below we are still without the cushions or power packs for our furniture. We have been told Holly from the Rotherham store will call. It's been weeks!!

Never again!
Ordering - easy. Delivery - ok after 2 cancelled dates. Sofa - lovely but faulty after 3 days. Repair - not recommended by upholsterer sent by Scs. Staff in shop unhelpful, rude and uncaring. Have now purchased elsewhere and awaiting collection and refund from Scs. At 77 years old just want an end to this unpleasant saga.

Excellent customer service from ScS
Excellent customer service from the moment I walk in to the store I ordered a sofa 2 week before delivery the sofa company went in to receivership. The manager of the Rotherham store contacted me and asked me to call in to the store. Every member of staff. Was happy to help I pick another sofa and everything went smoothly from there the delivery went very well I was kept informed of time of delivery. When the sofa arrived josh and Kyle took grate care and made sure I was happy with everything before the left. I have to say thank you to all the staff for your excellent customer service
