Thrilled with my beautiful new sofas
Excellent service from store to delivery.
The delivery guys did an amazing job of getting 2 very large sofas into my lounge.
No fuss, or damage, just very, polite, capable, professional service. They placed the sofas where I wanted them removed all packaging and took it away with them.

Very good service and lovely furniture
We were not hassled by anyone and allowed to wander round the store testing out the comfort of the sofas and chairs. The person that helped us after we chose our purchase was very helpful and explained what would happen regarding delivery etc. Very pleased with the good service

Great customer service and quality products
Excellent showroom hospitality and time to try and select correct sofa/chair. Power recline LaZboy leather sofa and chair delivered and set up today. Crew put down carpet protection, kept us informed prior to delivery and met estimated time slot, installed as requested and demo'd everything. Polite, clean and efficient. 10-year guarantee, good value for high quality.

Ask questions about all the extras.
The customer service was very good and the description of the item purchased was excellent. The reason only three stars was given was that after the price was quoted we were told of protections and care packages and warranties that we found out later that they had a cost associated with them. It appeared as though they came free with the purchase but not so. This wasn't made clear at the time of purchase - realized this at the receipt of the sales order by e-mail. When purchasing ask what the cost is for the extras the salesman if quoting.

The delivery service from SCS is…. JOE AND MARK
The delivery service from SCS is brilliant, you get a message when it will be delivered, then another nearer the time with a rough time slot, then a message on the day of delivery with a more accurate time slot along with tracking map and then a lovely phone call from the driver to say they won’t be long. Our delivery men were Joe and Mark, lovely guys, they respectfully carried the furniture into the area we needed it in, and assembled the sofa perfectly! They had a chat and a laugh whilst with us which goes a long way nowadays. Lovely men and a pleasure to meet them. Highly recommend this service

Visited the Scunthoroe SCS store
Visited the Scunthoroe SCS store. Jack offered help but at the time was just browsing but he gave good pointers. Went back later that day and decided to buy a 3 piece suite. Jack completed the transaction. He was very clear explaining our options and the process. Could not have asked gor better assistance.

We bought a sofa two chairs and a carpet from your scunthorpe branch. Suzzane was great. She couldn't help us enough. She was very patient and had a wide knowledge of your products. She helped us bring samples of carpet to match the sofa. I would highly recommend her.
