A non stressed experience
Great choice of recliners from various well known makers. A very knowledgeable and pleasant salesman who, without pressure, guided us to furniture that we were delighted to purchase.

Long delivery
When placing the order in store it was straightforward and the staff were helpful. However I was told 8 weeks delivery which ended up being over 16 weeks. When the sofa arrived I was given a message to say it will be delivered on a certain day but hadn't received a time. This day went and I'd still heard nothing so had to go into store to query it, then was told the actual delivery date and emailed a time scale. When it was delivered Dean and Aaron were brilliant and had it in and built within half an hour and made sure it was as I wanted it.

Can't fault SCS.
Well manerd assistant.did try to sell us what we didn't want very helpful this is the 3rd suite that we.have price from SCS.would recommend them to anyone.

The delivery of our suite was done by Chris and Mark
The delivery of our suite was done by Chris and Mark who text and called to give us 30 mins notice of delivery and were true to their word. They were very polite and took great care in bringing it in and setting it up. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Many thanks!

Upset customer!Was never told that the 5 year…
Was never told that the 5 year warranty, care kit and gliders were extra or how much they were. He did talk about them but never mentioned a price so we assumed they were all in. Was never shown any paperwork or what he was doing on computer. I’m a trusting person so when I was asked to sign I did. It was only when I got home and looked at the email I’d been sent I realised I’d been charged over £300 for extras which I was never asked if I wanted and would not have had if I’d known they weren’t included in the price of the sofa. It also said I’d read and agreed to terms and conditions which I’d never been shown. Very misleading and dodgy salesmanship and I would never use or recommend scs to anyone. Totally disgusted and annoyed by the whole experience 😡

My scs delivery came on the day & time when it was supposed too . I was emailed & text like they said they would . On the day i was phoned to give me an exact time .The two gentlemen Joe & mark were very polite & talked me through what they were doing . A very pleasant delivery .

The friendly service we received from…Liam
The friendly service we received from the sales person. Nothing was too much trouble. Every question we asked was answered and explained in full detail. The sales person was very friendly and very polite and talked us through all of our options. He even made us a really nice cup of coffee whilst we browsed. All in all he provided an excellent service. Will definitely shop here again. 😊

Missold a product !
We bought a sofa bed after sitting on a very firm but comfortable one in the showroom. We bought this in January as my husband was very poorly and having lots of tests on his back , so needed the right sofa to fit his needs.
The one we received was no where near as firm as the showroom and after only a month we feel we are practically sitting on the floor.
After complaining and having a technician out we received an email saying there was nothing wrong and the foam in the cushions is the same as the showroom, which it clearly is not !
Under the consumers act 2015 we are taking this further. Do not buy from this company !!!!

Great delivery service
We had our new suite delivered today from SCS. Aaron and Todd were excellent. Great service, respected our property and made sure we were happy before they left. We have had a great service from SCS from going into the store to buy the suite, right up to the delivery today. I would definitely use SCS again
