The guys who delivered were very respectful and polite good job done

They were on time. Communication about delivery was excellent. The team were courteous and efficient.

William was extremely knowledgeable about the product & made our choice very easy.
The sale was completed in no time all .

From setting foot inside the store at Stirling to taking delivery of my suite yesterday, I cannot find anything negative to say.
Friendly staff, not pushy, very helpful. Also plenty correspondence received regarding my delivery date and time and the delivery guys were friendly and respectful at all times. Great experience overall. So pleased with my suite 😊

From the showroom visit and the delivery several months later, we complement the showroom staff (David) and the delivery team were fantastic, nothing was a problem very helpful and obliging.

Had to endure a Female trying to master your Order System on a Tablet while having to get frequent help elsewhere and the time it took to being ridiculous. Had to go back to shop to get a delivery date as wasn't contacted when they said they would and now find i'm sitting waiting for a delivery that has not been confirmed let alone given a time slot for!! Pleasure of buying suite has gone.
