From the showroom visit and the delivery several months later, we complement the showroom staff (David) and the delivery team were fantastic, nothing was a problem very helpful and obliging.
And very important the communication from start to writing this review was top drawer, always aware of the process. Thanks Guys, Giovanni & Rose.

Had to endure a Female trying to master your Order System on a Tablet while having to get frequent help elsewhere and the time it took to being ridiculous. Had to go back to shop to get a delivery date as wasn't contacted when they said they would and now find i'm sitting waiting for a delivery that has not been confirmed let alone given a time slot for!! Pleasure of buying suite has gone.

2 Sofas
My son took the delivery for me as I was on holiday.
I had phoned to try and to delay delivery for a couple of days as the sofas were not supposed to get into the shop until the 10th of July and I was due back from holiday on the 12th.
No call back
My son soon sent me a photo of a scratch on one of the sofas.
I tried phoning about it today as I am now back in the UK. They were closed.
I will not be home until tomorrow.
I will try and contact them again.
My son said the delivery was fine.

It’s not often I leave reviews but the service I received was so good, that I feel it only right that I do. Donna, Adele, and Brian From Livingston depot were not only friendly, professional and organised, but they went out of their way to assist and help me. Brilliant team of people who should be commended for their customer service skills. I would have no hesitation in using your company again solely based on the service I received from them. Brilliant is an understatement. It won’t let me change the branch from Stirling to Livingston for some reason but that’s what my review is for.

Good service from assistant who was very knowledgeable about the products. No pressure to buy. Impressed with product range and particularly fabrics available.
I look forward to the delivery of my new armchair in due course.

Myself and my wife visited your Stirling store on Saturday 27th June and from the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcome by Steve, the sales assistant. We were not put under any pressure and were able to walk around and browse at our leisure. When we saw a suite we liked Steve was very informative and took time to show us how everything worked and showed us alternative fabrics on request.
Steve made the sales process easy and explained everything that we needed to know about after sales and delivery and maintenance.
For a first time in your store this was a very pleasurable experience and I would have no problems in recommending you to friends and family.
