To be honest I wouldn’t give Sears Home Services any stars! They cancelled 3 appointments before even coming to my home. Finally someone came out and he “decided” what was wrong and ordered the part. Received the part within 2 days and it’s been 2 months waiting on someone to come back out to fix my Refrigerator. Today was the 5th appointment they cancelled on me so I called GE (18006262005). Everything was handled and I’ll have a BRAND NEW refrigerator delivered within 7 days! The man at GE said he couldn’t believe I’ve been going through this for 2 months with 5 appointments cancelled. Thank you GE for handling business today!!!

It has been since September and my microwave oven, under warranty, has not been fixed. I had numerous repairmen come and the fourth time I was informed that , since the parts are no longer available, it cannot be repaired. In the warranty it says that Sears would replace it. They haven’t kept their promise yet. I contacted them and was told I would get a check. NO CHECK YET!!! How much patience does a customer need to have? They did try to sell me additional insurance for other appliances, I declined, just want the microwave problem resolved. Why would I buy more insurance when they cannot even take care of the problem at hand?

Sears/Cinch Have Become A Huge Disappointment

This is the second time this year that I have had claim/repair with Sears/Cinch Warranty Program. My dryer broke down in February of this year and now again in December, the same issue. Both times I scheduled an available appointment date (online as every company wants you to do nowadays), only to receive text messages stating the count down of the days until the day of the appointment. Today, I receive a text stating "unfortunately due to unexpected staffing changes in my neighborhood, they need to reschedule". I called very upset and spoke with a service rep, who stated it's better to schedule with an agent. Their system is not always correct as it adds available Saturday dates and technicians do not work on Saturdays. I suggested they add notes to state that information when scheduling. He agreed and said it is up to the higher ups. I've paid my deductible and now have to wait another two weeks for service, just like I did in February. This is ridiculous and customers should not be responsible for paying a deductible upfront for appointments that are not promised when scheduled. They have really, really, gone down!! It's sad!!

Compré un refrigerador en línea, me ponian fecha de entrega de 15 dias a 1 mes después de la compra, han pasado 3 meses y no me han entregado nada, nunca contestan ninhuna llamada, solo por whatsapp pero es un asistente virtual q no soluciona nada, fui a tienda y ahi me dicen q a ellos tmp les contestan de las compras en línea, quise cancelar para que me reembolsaron y es la misma historia, no me resuelve en nada porq supuestamente mi pedido fue enviado hace 1 mes, son u os estafadores!!!!

Yo compré un producto dermatólogico y me salió falso , lo cual está totalmente alarmante como es Sears confié plenamente en ellos pero en realidad que bueno que no alcancé a ponérmelo porque no me cuadró si no no sé qué le hubiera pasado a mi rostro realmente no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto es lo peor aparte eso es contra la salud no deberían de vender medicamentos falsos

I will never use sears again paid 1500…

I will never use sears again paid 1500 to fix my washer and dryer only to have my dryer break again...the technician either lied about his arrival or his fixing of my appliance.. they never listen to you after you complained over and over again...it took 6 weeks for them to fix not fix my appliances now I am once again without a dryer...sears will not compensate me but only to keep charging me...they dont even deserve the one star

Series is terrible

Good morning everyone. I would say this has to be the worst service ever of any professional business that I have a socialize with. I had to trick them to come out here to fix what they supposed to fix after I purchased the parts to fix my stove. And then once they come out here to fix it, I have to help the technician fix the stove. He was trying to leave really quick to get out of work and just make the money only stove is not fixed. Been trying to get in touch with someone since the day we noticed it wasn’t fixed. still no response. And we paid almost $1000 to fix a stove. We could’ve did better just buying a new one if we know it was gonna happen. I would never purchase anything from serious again. I would never ask them to come fix anything from them. The best thing for them to do they need to just quit. The AI system they have is terrible. I could keep going on and on, but it doesn’t make any sense. But never go to sears to do anything I mean anything thank you guys. Oh I forgot this one star is not even a one star for them. They deserve no stars.

Liars and dishonest customer service.

Ordered a part that was listed as in stock, email said 5 weeks to deliver. I canceled the order and a month later, still no refund. Filed a claim with my bank. Buyer beware, go elsewhere.

Compre una secadora de ropa LG, y como no quise adquirir la póliza de mantenimiento de la tienda ($3,000) me comentaron que la instalación no la harían ellos, sino LG, llevo varias semanas esperando a los técnicos para su instalación y solamente me dejan plantado a las varias citas que me han agendado. Yo compré el aparato en Sears por el servicio, de haber querido lidiar con LG, la compro directo en línea con ellos a un precio mucho mas bajo

One month later I am still waiting to have my freezer repaired... we have had our appointments moved out many times -- I will never buy from Sears again. It was once a reliable company to buy appliances from. It was a waste of time and effort, Sears and its AI-generated service are the worst. There are no humans to speak to you. Their AI-generated texts are an absolute joke.

Es una total decepción de la calidad que ofrecen en esas tiendas. Eh tenido mala experiencia con las personas que estan encargadas de cobrar, cuando llega el momento de pagar su actitud es de molestía por hacer esa parte de su trabajo, es molesto ir a pagar y que te atiendan de esa forma, es como pfff disculpa por venir a pagar mi mensualidad, eso me ha pasado mucho en el sears que está en bellas artes, atienden a la gente como si no les gustase atender ni en caja ni en ningun lugar, es pesimo ese sears, y es una lastima pues considero que es uno de los mas grandes

I would give a 0 if I could. The parts and service department is a joke. Someone needs to shut these people down, They sent a diagnostic tech out to diagnose my washing machine, said it was the suspension rods. NOT. They ordered from Amazon delivered to me. Amazon cost 29.99. They charged me 222.41. This should be against the law the markup they do, Not only that it was not what was wrong with the machine. These people are a joke and the most dishonest people I have ever met. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS. YOU CANNOT EVEN GET A LIVE PERSON ON LINE AND WHEN YOU DO THEY CAN'T HELP YOU OR THEY HANG UP ON YOU. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
