Unethical Company. Spectacularly Poor Customer Service
Ordered a part. They sent the wrong one. Would not let me return it.
I scheduled a related service call. Time window 7 to 11 am. They did not show after assuring all day long via their AI communication service that they were coming.
Despite significant efforts, was unable to find a live person to talk to.
AI communication referred me all day to other 800 numbers, told me I could call for "escalation" of my issue. Each number only ended in a circular loop back to an AI system that could and did not help.
One star is too good a rating.

I recently purchased a small air compressor from Sears.com. Shipping was fast, and it was delivered to my house. It appeared to suffer some damage to the box but the compressor showed only a small scratch. When I proceeded to assemble the small parts included in the box I found the air filter canister was flattened on one side. I didn't want to return the whole compressor just get a replacement canister. Trying to accomplish this proved to be impossible. I tried numerous phone numbers as well as their website. This failed so I tried to initiate a return of the entire thing. I got "webpage no longer available". I can't recommend Sears.com to anyone as their customer service is non-existent.

Unfortunately I can’t put a zero stars or I would leave it blank . Stars cane out to fix my seal on my washer as it had ripped . I was quoted nearly $600 but had it done as the washer I purchased was $1100 and the least expensive was about $600 without tax or installation , my warranty had just run out a week ago The guy who came out said it would take 2 to fix it as the dryer would need lifting off the washer to get to the front screws to replace the seal .Anyway day of service came , a guy turned up and said he was waiting for his partner to help, I went inside and a little after that His partner turned up . Within 1/2 hour there was Knock on the door and I went out , his partner was stood there the dryer hadn’t been touched he said he didn’t have to move the dryer from it and he managed to put in the seal . He turned it on briefly and it didn’t leak so they left . It was only later on that night my husband scoured me out and asked me why this big gap is in the side where the metal meets , wasn’t like that before , and also now my husband goes to switch it on and sometimes it won’t start , seems like the door catch isn’t working right as the way the seams show it’s not flush up causing a slight space . I did write a review on google and the owner said he was sorry and to call a number , I only saw it yesterday . But I called it and didn’t get no firrhef than Samantha some Ai service agent . Will never call out sears again the work is crap , didn’t care about putting it back how it was , wanted to just do a quick fix and go and it’s too expensive ,

I purchased a home warranty through Conns when I bought my Samsung refrigerator, and ever since the fridge stopped cooling at the end of March, it has been a total nightmare.
Sears technicians have come out twice, and instead of fixing it, they made things worse. The last time, the tech literally tore the refrigerator apart and then admitted that his first diagnostic was wrong! He promised to return with a different part and said the next visit would be July 21st… but no one showed up.
I’ve called countless times, and every time I try to reschedule, their system fails or I get the runaround. 😤
From Conns to Sears, it has been nothing but incompetence and frustration. I have been without a refrigerator for months, and no one seems to care.
I will never buy from Conns again – worst company ever.
I will never use Sears services again – complete disappointment.
And I will avoid Samsung appliances altogether – horrible quality and support.
👉🏽 Please save yourself the stress. Go elsewhere. This has been my worst customer experience ever.

Pésima opción para comprar en línea, a mi si me llegó mi pedido antes del mes. Pero tuvo defecto por lo tanto, hable para que me hicieran válida la garantía, PS ahí anduve busque y busque el número a dónde llamar y me pasaron de extensión a extensión y cuando finalmente me contestaron el área se supone que la correcta me tomaron el reporte y hasta número de orden me dieron, me dijeron que un técnico se pondría en contacto, no me supieron decir cuando pero alguien lo haría, a los días se pone en contacto una persona y me dice que no hay transporte para ir PS como era área foránea, PS no había en que ir, que encuanto repararan el móvil, me avisaría, PS otra semana y nada vuelvo a llamar al mismo número donde si me respondieron y me dice que si que ahí está el reporte que me comunicarían con otra área, cuando me comunican resulta que es la misma persona que me dijo que no había auto para ir que estaba descompuesto, por lo que yo le digo que ya es mucho el tiempo y que quiero que me hagan válida la garantía de tienda que ya me urgía, PS la doña me dice que ya solo entra la de proveedor, que me iba contactar, le valió y ps me dijo que le mandara los documentos que es garantía orden compra y número de reporte. Osea que por culpa de ellos se perdió la garantía de tienda y ahora me van a dar solo el servicio de proveedor que me imagino durará otros meses más si es que dan el servicio, y para colmo fui a la tienda en la ciudad para hablar con algún gerente y nadie da una solución, no recomiendo hacer compras en línea en Sears es malo malísimo del peor servicio que pueda tener una tienda departamental.
No deja emitir factura, portal caído
Hice compras en el mes, quiero facturar y el sistema no me lo permite, hice intentos por tres navegadores, vi tutoriales en línea incluso bajé el programa Adobe Adobe que se indica en la página, sin resultado alguno, una pérdida de tiempo y también pérdida del IVA

Hice una compra en linea a meses sin intereses y resulta que la tienda no respeto la compra, segun la compra se aprobó a pagar al mes, ps ya vali, no sé si a alguien ya pasó por esta situación.

Impossibly Messed Up - So Sad
So Sad, they were once a great company now they can't do anything right. I'm reviewing Searspartsdirect, their parts ordering system. They are terrible. I ordered a replacement vacuum cleaner hose and was given an arrival date a week out. After a couple of days I got an email saying the part was backordered with no timeframe for delivery. I went to their site and selected the CANCEL ORDER button and got a message that they would contact their suppliers to see if it was possible to cancel! This for a part they had already said wasn't available. I selected CANCEL again the next day and got the same message. The fourth day the CANCEL button was gone so I called them and wasted about 15 minutes trying to get through their menus that Do Not want to connect you to anyone. Eventually I got someone who helped and she said I would get a full refund and she sent me an email. Nope - they didn't do that right. I got a 2nd email saying I would get a much smaller refund and then today I got two emails each for a partial credit of the order. In the end I got shorted just over a dollar, but you can't trust them to do anything right. They don't now what they are doing. I'm sorry to see how bad they've become
Online order not received and no way to get a refund
I ordered online confirmation # 913635986 and I never received the product. I contacted the Sears.com online service and discovered that they were a separate company to process online orders but they said they had not received my order from Sears even though I had a paid receipt. They told me to contact sears but the only customer service for Sears.com refers me back to the separate company who refused to help. I am out $50 and have no way to contact Sears. This is a scam company. Do not order from Sears.com

Buen día, yo tengo una pregunta ❓ soy un desempleado y solo quiero saber dónde puedo pasar a recoger un monedero que me gane por los meses de Diciembre y Enero en una de las dinámicas de la marca TCL y preguntó por este medio, por qué nadie sabe nada de ese monedero, el proveedor ya lo mando a tienda y en tienda me dicen que no está, entonces quiero saber dónde pasar por el, ya que se debió entregar en marzo 5, por una razón la cual desconozco, el proveedor no los pudo entregar a tiempo, pero quedaron muy formales en entregarlos después, ahora, deje de laborar el 20 de marzo y me comentaron que me lo entregarían, pero no es así. Hablé via telefónica con el gerente de tienda Tlalnepantla que era donde se supone llegaría el monedero pero me comentó el Sr Álvarez que no ha llegado el monedero, por eso quiero saber dónde está para ir a recogerlo, lo más curioso es, que todos los ganadores de esa dinámica ya se les fue entregado ese Monedero así que me pueden decir dónde paso a recogerlo. Mis datos los tienen puesto que dure más de 20 años en la empresa y me pueden contactar porque tienen todos mis datos mi número que tenía de empleado 94475. Compré una lámpara online y me llegó un enchinador de pestañas. Devolver el producto fue una odisea porque todo se hizo a través de un correo electrónico respondido por una IA ¿?
Además el reembolso demoró más de dos meses y en la paquetería no tenían ni idea de cómo hacer la devolución porque no me enviaron código de devolución hasta que lo aceptaron de mala gana.

Sears and its AI-generated service are the worst. There are no humans to speak to you. Their AI-generated texts are an absolute waste of time; they do not correspond with the actual technicians. So when the technician finally arrives, he is clueless about the needed repair and wants to argue about why he is there.
Robbed & verbally assaulted by a Sears employee
I was robbed by a Sears employee and he verbally assaulted me. when I gave the police report to Sears they did nothing - absolutely nothing. I gave them several verbal complaints and followed them all with email complaints. To this day Sears has not reached out to me - I gave them a police report so this is a very serious situation Sears is ignoring. It's sad when Sears ignores a police report.

Los envíos se demoran mucho más de la fecha de entrega q t dan ni t avisan no t dan respuesta … desde el día 22 de febrero compre un mueble físicamente y a la fecha de hoy 24 de abril no me ha llegado … llamo para hacer la queja y para obtener alguna novedad de la entrega y ellos me dicen q mandan correo a creo yo el almacén o no se y nunca con algún resultado positivo
Es una falta de respeto y ni siquiera se hacen responsables por su ineficiencia y mal trabajo ni dan alguna gratificación al cliente por la demora solo hacen enojar y hacer corajes a los q pagamos las cosas porque no estamos exigiendo nada q no sea acorde pues pagamos nuestros productos no nos lo regalan
No repair done
I have spent 5 hours total getting this repair order in place twice. Last time on the appointed day they contacted me saying we will be there at 8. I showed up Then they switched the time which I could not do. . So I reset it. This morning they texted they would be there today at 8. No show. When I called they said we dont have any appointment for you and the order shows it is complete. That referred to 3 appointments ago when for them it was complete and for me they did nothing. Something is seriously wrong with their AI and their IT.
