Jamás compres nada en línea en sears, llevo un mes solicitando mi factura y no me la envían que porque es con proveedor externo, compre un celular de 15000.00 y nadie me da respuesta, es el peor servicio, sears en línea no sirve, solo te dan largas y no te atienden

Compre tres pares de zapatos en linea pero uno me quedo grande porque es muy ancho y otro me quedo justo,fui a tuenda para ver si me podían ayudar se portaron muy groseras ya que estaban platicando ente ellas y cuando me acerque a preguntarles si estaban atendiendo con el número de turnos porque no coinciden se molestaron me dijeron que si y cuando me toco fue peor,no me resolvieron me dijeron que tenia que arreglarlo en linea porque así fue ka compra no me han resuelto nada y me mandan de un lado a otro en llamada,correo y WhatsApp no me contestan ya les mande un mensaje que no les voy a pagar compre con tarjeta sears y voy a poner mi queja en la procuradora del consumidor que no digan que uno fue el abusivo.

I really want to give this company a…

I really want to give this company a better review and the hvac guy seem to be nice just a bit lazy and it is hurting me with the half ass work.
I was so sick of being hot that when he got the air to blow cold that is all I did for days was enjoy the AC. But when I went out back to spray the weeds I see the wires sticking thru our vented part of the AC unit and they are taped with electrical tape. THE ARE STICKING THRU THE VENTS ON THE OUTSIDE UNIT!!!!! I had to take a double take and I still don’t believe it.
Make sure you check everything before they leave because the same hvac guy called himself cleaning our inside unit coils and he didn’t even take the cover off and it was still dirty and looked like it had not been touched. That is why it quit again and he had to come back out. So 6 weeks to wait for this. I can’t get ahold of anyone because the emails are no-reply. So good luck.

Al comprar un vestido de gala en Sears de Plaza Anahuac en Nuevo León las señoras que me atendieron no me ayudaron a buscar mi talla y al escoger mi vestido, me criticaron el orden de los vestidos qué me probé y al final ya cuando estaba pagando mi vestido me comentaron que no se contaba con portavestido y me lo arrugan al meterlo en bolsa de papel y me dicen si quiere portavestido puede buscar en otra tienda Sears....cómo soy foránea estoy de vacaciones y voy hasta San Pedro y busco Sears en fashion Drive y la encargada de departamento de vestidos al solicitar el portavestido no me atiende y me dice que me regrese al otro Sears qué si tiene y que es solo para sus clientes....le muestro qué soy cliente de crédito Sears y me ignora...subí al área de atención cliente y pésimo el trato...la encargada me nego el portavestido y el servicio no me lo dieron..senti discriminación..Soy la clienta.Martha Cruz y mi esposo es el cliente el Sr.Antonio Cruz

I wish I could give this ZERO stars

I wish I could give this ZERO stars. I have an overhead microwave that hasn't been working properly. They scheduled the appointment in FEB 2024 and the repair guy couldn't make it so he asked what was wrong with it. He ordered the parts. He finally came the second time and he tells me it needs to be replaced. The Microwave was on back order so it was suppose to arrive May 24th, 2024. It did not arrive till June 24th, 2024. I cannot get anyone to schedule an appointment to get out here. They transfer me to whatever department and they always say they will call me in 48 to72 hours! ITS HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! It is now July 8th, 2024 and still haven't got a call or update when they will install it.

Worst ever customer service

We bought a freezer from the scratch n dent store in tacoma wa. It stopped working in January. We had bought an extended warranty and it took 6 months to get a credit to order a new freezer( we went through 6 techs, hours and gours of phone calls and the going to the store), now that we ordered a new one, the delivery date being today, we got no calls to say it was not coming. I had to call and talk to 3 people. They cannot tell me when we will have the freezer we paid for and scheduled a delivery for.

never buy sears.

I placed a service call for my refrigerator in march 2024. After two service repairs, technician said it was not fixable and I needed to get a new one. i waited 3 weeks for approval order. then another 4 weeks for an email with a purchase code to order a new refrigerator. Order another refrigerator and the delivery date was 4 weeks after - which is this week - june 25, 2024. Now they say that it won’t be delivered- that the easiest thing was to cancel and start a new order. I said “fine”. “So now please wait for another email for cancellation confirmation, 14 days, “ after which I will get another email with a new purchase code to reorder another one - which will also have a delivery window of another 4-6 weeks ! so this is month 3 and I still don’t have a refrigerator. Don’t buy sears. don’t bother getting extended warranty!

I bought a dryer on line and was given a delivery date. The day came and went. Sears didn't bother to contact me by phone,email or text. Horrible customer service. I canceled my order and Sears still has not refunded my money to my credit card. There customer service depot has placed me on hold 3 times and then hung up on me. When I did finally get through, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor refused to speak to me. This experience has been and continues to be a nightmare. Sears doesn't care for its customers. It just wants our money! Try to shop somewhere else and prevent future frustration with this company. I am a visually impaired disabled senior and this experience is taking a toll on my physical and mental health. I have used Kenmore products for over 20 years. Never again. Sears, where is my refund???

I'd give it zero stars if that was an option. December 1st, I contacted them to fix both my stove and dishwasher. The parts were unavailable from the manufacturer and the items had to go into "parts research" which means they bought parts from a 3rd party dealer. The stove ended up being fine and was fixed. The dishwashers control panel didn't work right, and now it doesn't work as it should. It took until May 7th to finally get a "replacement check." I placed the order for a new one the same day. I am still waiting for the item to be delivered. They allowed me purchase the item, set a delivery date, we waited and they never showed. I call several times a week and I am still no closer to having my dishwasher. They damaged my dishwasher and left it that way.

NO COMPREN EN LINEA, MUY MAL SERVICIO!
Compre un producto por internet el cual llegó con defecto de fábrica, solicite en tiempo la devolución del producto para reembolso vía telefónica, me mandaron un email para que mandara evidencias lo cual lo hice, conteste el cuestionario que me mandaron y después de eso no he recibí respuesta, trate de comunicarme vía email, vía whatsapp y vía telefónica sin éxito. Acudí a la tienda para hacer la devolución del producto y no fue posible hacerla ya que el sistema online vs el de la tienda es otro aparentemente, me dijeron que tenia que esperar a que se autorice la devolución en su sistema, han pasado más de 8 días y sigo sin tener respuesta, es súper decepcionante y frustrante el pésimo servicio que tienen! NUNCA MÁS comprare nada con ustedes

STAY AWAY FROM SEARS

I had this company come out to fix a refrigerator about a month and a half ago. They gave a quote and charged my card for $600.00 for a new fan replacement.

After 3 days of waiting i reached out a dozen times to get an update. The call center in Asia cannot locate my file and had no information. They took my money and never returned to fix anything. I put a stop payment on the charge after 7 days with no answers.

Sears had submitted fraudulent documents to Chase and claimed that they finished the repair. They submitted paperwork that showed a washing machine had been repaired but this is for a fridge. I was informed that I need to get a Police report and open a formal investigation into the fraudulent documents and theft of the money. Sears will not work with me on this issue and needs to be held accountable for the theft.

If you call and have an inquiry, they place you on a hold until it disconnects. Then if you call back on the same number, they automatically block it. I had to use 4 phones to get through, only to be hung up on. My next stop is the Police station, attorney general, and channel 7 investigates.

I am giving this company a chance to refund my money and move on. If not i will pursue further recourse.
