Nunca compre en línea con Sear, Compre una barra de sonido y cuando me da la opción de C.P. me da una serie de tiendas para recoger, pues resulta que tienen dos con el nombre de plaza las america, pero una está en Morelia y la otra en Ecatepec, cuando vi el error al recoger mi producto, cancela la compra, y volví a realizar otra compra, me lideró que en 24 a 72 hrs, me hacían mi reembolso, y bueno recoger correctamente mi pedido tarde más de una hora, y la cancelación han pasado 10 días y no hay nada, el banco ya me cobro las dos barras, no hay cancelación y por si fuera poco, la compra la realice a meses, sin interés, el banco dice que el comercio la realizo un un cargo, su servicio tel, es lo más nefasto y las repuestas de sus asesore más, no sé por qué, si pertenecen a un aglomerado de empresa, no se den la oportunidad de mejorar, es la peor experiencia de compra que he realizado en mi vida. PDd. Por whatsApp tengo esperando a que me respondan los mismos 10 dias.

No-shows and too expensive

Had 5 scheduled repairs for our washing machine. We could see the time window for our repairman to be here and we called the night before to confirm the parts came in. The repairman has not shown up for 3 out of the 5 scheduled repairs. My dad ended up having to fix the washer. The day after the last no-show, a repairman showed up unannounced to fix it. He didn't call ahead to notify us he was coming (which is their policy), and we didn't have this scheduled. Additionally, our washer could've been fixed in two visits (consultation and actual repairs) had the first repairman known that he needed to order 2 parts instead of one. The amount we've paid so far is about $100 short of the new washer we were looking at. The two repairmen that came out were nice, but niceness doesn't make up for the incompetence of the first repairman not knowing what parts to order and the 3 no-shows of the others.

Worst experience ever…

I cannot even begin to explain how horrible the customer service is that we have received over the last 2 months. We started this process in March and since then have had 12 missed appointments. Every time we called customer service they promised and guaranteed that we would get calls from dispatch, calls from the tech, calls from a supervisor and never did we get a text or a call or even an email. I would NEVER recommend Sears repair to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Over 2 months to repair a dishwasher is absolutely ridiculous. Worst customer service ever!! And to top it all off, he left us the old broken motor for US to dispose of!

Esta horrible... compre unos tennis, los tengo que devolver porque no me quedaron, te dan un telefono porque es devolucion con proveedor, nadie contesta llevo 18 dias tratando que alguien me atienda, estan terrible el servicio, en whatsapp me dejan sin solucion el mail no lo contestas, les voy a hacer un desmadre en una tienda a ver si asi me atienden.

Fraud/Scams and Thieves

We placed an order on April 21st that included two Air Purifiers. Everything arrived except the Air Purifiers. I've called the credit card company repeatedly and was told that that would file a dispute but it would take 2 or 3 billing cycles to get refunded for something we never received. After several phone calls we concluded that not only are we paying for something that was never delivered we are paying interest on two items that we should be getting a refund on. Sears through CIti Bank has given ups the typical run around. Most people would forget this order in 3 months but I am going to write report and complain until we get the merchandise we ordered or the money refunded to my account. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL PURCHASE ANYTHING from Sears. The referred me to a 3rd party seller with no phone number and no means of contacting them except through Sears Credit which is handled through Citi Bank. That is a great way for them to steal money and keep pointing the finger in either direction. I JUST WANT THEM TO REFUND MY $199 FOR TWO Air Purifiers that they never shipped. They probably don't have them and the 3rd party seller...Marketplace Direct is only part of the problem of their theft!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE OF SEARS ! THEY ARE CROOKS

Pls be aware of sears home warranty services its a rip off and a scam . Since March my refrigerator that I bought from them need fixing I call them they charge me $150 diagnostic fee and told me I need a new ice maker which the technician ordered it took. 2 months to get to me I then call to make an appointment for it to be installed because the date they gave me to get it installed was already passed . I set a date they came do the installation leave told me it would work in the next 4 hrs time pass nit working I let it go overnight woke up check nothing still not working called again took a few days to get another technician to come when he arrived he told me the one before him didn't do a good job he will fix the problem but needed a parts he leave to go get the parts never returned meanwhile all this time my floor is flooding out I call again to find out what's happening he didn't even make a note of his findings and ordered the part he put his appointment as canceled so it shows he didn't even come to my house problem still not fixed. I had to call again I scheduled another appointment I specifically told them no one will be home till after 4pm so pls come after 4 and call so we can know whe. You guys are come . No call no text they showed up to my house 12:45pm took a picture show on the appointment they came and just leave . My surveillance camera caught all of this . Meanwhile my kitchen floor is flooding out and problem still not fixed. I call like a million time the representatives are so rude you can't understand what they are saying and it's very frustrating and don't forget I'm paying for this service monthly and they took $ 100 extra out my account. DONOT USE SEARS THEY ARE NO GOOD . PLS BE VERY CAREFUL MY REFRIGERATOR IS STILL BROKEN MY FLOOR AND CEILING IS DAMAGE AND IM DOWN ALMOST $600 THAT THEY COLLECTED. ITS A TOTAL SCAM BECAUSE I CANNOT GET NO HELP !!!!!!

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. I can’t believe I am even writing this on the 11th of May!!!!

I purchased a mattress and box spring on 2/4/24. They have set up 3 different delivery dates and every time the date arrives I receive a call between 4-5pm EST stating my delivery is canceled and needs to be rescheduled- no rhyme or reason just that they have to reschedule. As if I have all the time in the world to take off of work. I am a full time working individual and had to take 3 separate days off and still I have no mattress. Shame on me for not reading these reviews before my purchase. Seems many other customers are experiencing the same thing.

No wonder Sears isn’t doing well…… someone needs to take a look at making necessary changes within this company if you even want to survive in today’s market.

The gentlemen on the phone just now told me he’s glad he could assist me. How? Assist? What???

Still waiting on a supervisors call back. I’m not holding my breathe! What a joke!!!

NO LO RECOMIENDO NADA, NO PASEN UN MAL RATO NI PIERDAN SU TIEMPO NI DINERO.

Pésimo, hice un pedido, me cobraron. Llamé para pedir estatus y me dijeron que no existía el pedido.
Después de varias reclamaciones resulta que sí existe.

Se supone que debía llegar antes del 07 de mayo y ahora me dicen que hasta el 31 de diciembre.

Appointment set by Sears, but no-one showed up. Missed a day's work but they don't care. Washing machine misdiagnosed and so not fixed. Ten agonizing weeks to get it resolved. Sears is a THIRD WORLD company operating in a FIRST WORLD country. My advice. NEVER EVER USE SEARS.

Si pudiera darle una estrella negativo lo haría. PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Para la garantía son rapidísimos para llamar y cobrar pero si llamas para servicio te dan cita y nunca llega el técnico. Te siguen posponiendo la cita. Llevo más de un mes sin nevera y no han llegado a dar el servicio q ya se PAGÓ. Son unos irresponsables. No compren garantías en Sears.

Terrible....Compre una bocina por mediados de Diciembre, y a los pocos Dias se escuchaba a pausas, de repente se comenzo a apagar y actualmente es hora que no prende la porqueria, desafortunadamente se perdio la Garantía con la tienda.

I ORDERED A WASHER ON THE 26TH OF FEBRUARY AND AS OF TODAY STILL NOT DELIVERED. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOUSY AND ALSO DON'T PAY FOR THE SEARS HOME WARRANTY BECAUSE IF THEY EVER DECIDE YOU CAN GET A REPLACEMENT IT WILL TAKE FOREVER. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A WASHER SINCE DECEMBER 28TH 2023. THEY FINALLY DECIDED I COULD GET REPLACEMENT IN FEBRUARY BUT ISN'T HERE YET. IT IS NOW MAY 11TH AND I STILL DON'T HAVE A WASHER. FIRST THEY TELL ME ITS IN TRANSIT AND JUST TODAY THEY SAY IT IS DELAYED. I HATE SEARS AND WISH I HAD NEVER GOTTEN THE MASTER PROTECTION AGREEMENT.

No saben vender en línea! No tienen control de inventarios ni buena logística. Compras y después de semanas de estar esperando tu paquete, cancelan la compra porque ya no tienen producto. Si no saben cómo manejar una tienda digital, que mejor no la tengan y nos hacen un favor a todos. Y por supuesto nadie te resuelve porque hasta para eso son inútiles.

I ordered a refrigerator on March…

I ordered a refrigerator on March 10,2024 paid 1141$ for it. They couldn't deliver it until April 2nd they said so I waited no email or confirmation of delivery on the 2nd so I ended up calling and the customer service representative said the manufacturer never sent the refrigerator. I asked what does that mean and they said they couldn't deliver it until they received it. At this point I asked for a refund which the representative said would take 72 hours. So on the 6th I called back to verify the refund and they said their system is being updated and it will be 72 more hours. Long story short here it is the 13th and I still have not received a refund and I called today for them to just tell me the system is still being updated. Please don't shop with them. Very unprofessional and I believe fraudulent.

Orders placed, never delivered

I placed an order on 3/12/24 on Sears.com for a stove after many rescheduled deliveries due to fulfillment issues, I had to order my stove from another vendor I contacted Sears on 4/3/24 to cancel the order, which they said would take 2-3 business days to confirm. It's been 7 business days and the order is still not cancelled, and the only explanation I have is that they are experiencing system issues that won't let them cancel the order.

In the meantime, on 3/21/24, I ordered a portable dishwasher, again through Sears.com. I was charged the deposit by Katapult, but after more than a week I never received the order confirmation from Sears. Sears confirms with me over the phone that the order was never received, and again in chat, but Katapult won't cancel the lease until they can confirm directly with Sears that the order was never completed, but claims that Sears won't respond to their requests.

I left a similar review for Katapult over these situations, and will be filing disputes with my bank on 4/19/2024 if I don't receive my $350+ refund that owed to me for these orders.

Run, run FAARRRR away from this company! Never, EVER again!

Don't travel with "Travel with Sears"

I recently traveled to Europe with "Travel with Sears" from San Juan, PR. It has been the worst experience in my entire life. Starting from disorganization at the airport at San Juan, the terrible seats of Air Europa (charter) no possibility of upgrading. Arriving in Madrid to catch a flight back to Lisbon, Portugal where our tour would start. Just walking from point A to point B at the airport in Madrid was a marathon. Optional tours during our stay did not say minimum or maximum. Tour guides would indicate that minimum would be 25 with no other options. Hotels were graded as 4 stars. They weren't 1/2 star.

Sears is the worst of the worst.

I bought a Kenmore washer and dryer in 2021. The washing machine began having trouble in Jan 2024. The first technician sold me on repairing the issue with parts that he would order. He 'cut' the price in half if I bought a warranty... mistake. The parts did NOT resolve the issue. Sears technicians have come out 7 times and cannot fix the problem. They have replaced almost every part possible (incuding the electronics) AND they are saying that they won't cover under warranty because the problem existed before the warranty was purchased. In addition, they won't refund the original parts and labor in full. They will cancel the warranty, but won't refund it back to inception - even though I was miled. The technician told me that it would cover the event. I NEVER leave reviews. I've never been this upset. Sears is THE WORST. Don't trust them.
