Traditionally holiday ads will try and sell to you by showing where you might go and what you may expect, but Secret Escapes clearly have no faith in their own destinations or locations as they instead show you disgusting looking AI fantasies that are made to trick you.

Shockingly disgusting and out of touch behaviour from a company who has no faith in their own business.

We recently returned from a 12 night tour of Sri Lanka in August & booked with a lovely gentleman called Mashaal through Secret Escapes. His customer service was old school excellent & he made the process very simple given it was a special holiday & was very happy to run through any questions or concerns before our departure which was reassuring. I would not hesitate contact Mashaal at Secret Escapes for any other future holidays. On arrival we were assigned to Routes of Ceylon tour company who were excellent & we were blessed to have Danuka Asanka (Danu) as our personal driver & guide who made our trip one we will never forget given his expertise & local knowledge. It was extremely easy to use SE booking.

I’ve just booked a 2 night stay for November through Secret Escapes after contacting the hotel direct and finding they were unable to come anywhere close to the price on SE for exactly the same package.

I’m usually dubious of going through a third party but I will definitely be using SE again.

Easy booking, not sure it was any cheaper than the regular hotel site though. London hotels, especially 5 star don’t really drop prices. First time using secret escapes, I’m sure there are good deals on holidays.

Don’t trust a holiday company that uses AI generated adverts - if their products were worth selling they’d be showing them.

Having read some other reviews on here about people's actual holidays have made me nervous and I certainly won't book a foreign trip via SE . Our booking is a London trip so keeping my fingers crossed that it will be ok !

Booked the whitewater hotel again for my birthday , cracking price and can not be beaten,

Secret Escapes has been our go-to holiday deals site for years. I never write reviews, but felt compelled to after yet another success. Three things that stand out:
1. The deals are actual great deals, that you can't find anywhere else.
2. They only show hotels that are good quality - they're like an 'editor' that filters out all of the crummy hotels.
3. It's so easy to navigate and I don't have to do the hard work of filtering out all of the rubbish hotels like on the big booking sites.
And one more thing... the emails I get from them are often inspiring, even if I'm not looking to book anything.

Secret Escapes is a genuine site, offering amazing reductions. Just returned from a fabulous Danube river cruise - we paid only 47% of the actual cost - but we got 100% 5* treatment in every way.

Very happy with the booking process and downloaded the app and immediately found my booking.

Best short break of 4 taken so far this year via Secret Escapes. The Angel Hotel, Pershore. Lovely old town centre hotel. Room great, staff great, food great, price great, location perfect, loads of parking, huge garden extending down to the River Avon. Thoroughly recommended.

Website seems to be getting more difficult to use. But prices/offers are good so worth persisting.

Have tried changing dates and the site will not allow me to do it. The new dates are available. Previous time tried and the only way to be successful was to cancel, £35 charge and then re book. Very dissatisfied with Secret Escapes because of this, once you hand the money over, no problem. There is a cancellation and change date with my booking

Booking our hotel spa break proved to be so simple, using the Secret Escapes website. The website is very easy to navigate and the possible alternatives of accommodation is most comprehensive

Exzellenter Service und tolle Ausstattung in der Unterkunft

.Schon vor der Anreise war der Service genial. Man bekam Emails mit nützlichen und wertvollen Tipps, einschließlich einer Möglichkeit zum online checking. Am Anreisetag wurde man freundlich und kompetent an der Rezeption empfangen und freundlich eingewiesen.
Das Appartement lag in der letzten Reihe und trotzdem hatten wir freie Sicht auf die Ostsee. Der Fußweg zum Strand betrug auch nur max. 5 Minuten.
Luxus Appartement trifft den Kern. Großzügige moderne und helle Zimmer auf 2 Etagen, mit 2 Schlafzimmern und jeweils eigenem WC und Dusche. Bei der Ausstattung fehlt es an Nichts! Jeder Raum hat mindestens ein Fenster / Terrassentür mit Fliegengitter. Auch gehören auf jedes Etage eine großzügige Terrasse zur Wohnung. Einschließlich eines Elektro-Grills. Die Ausstattung ist grandios!! Da fühlt man sich auf Anhieb wohl.
Auch für unseren Hund standen 2 Näpfe und eine große Decke bereit..
Nach das Meldung von 2 kleinen Mängeln, erschien nach nicht mal 5 minuten ein Techniker, der diese sofort behoben hat und auch noch den Gebrauch der TV erklärte. Das nenne ich vorbildlichen Service!!

Second was excellent, grasped problem ( Mashell ) and provided answers leading to booking.
