Joined the 7day free trail and compared the flights with Skyscanner and google flights. I have cancelled the membership within 30mins. I'm almost certain the rest of the 5-star reviews are either fake or paid.

What a great subscription for travellers! Joined at the beginning of the year and already booked 2 flights - that includes Christmas Market in France for £25 - who would have thought you can fly for so little in December!! I’d never find it if it wasn’t for this club

Recently I came across their Instagram profile and decided to sign up for a trial, last week I booked a return ticket to Barcelona from London from one of their deals!! Honestly I couldn’t believe it, this weekend I paid more for my Chinese takeout. Definitely recommend!

I signed up for a free trial but asked for a cancellation as I was unsure how and when I would be able to use the service. I reached out to customer service and received a very prompt response from Chris who was able to assist straight away and advised on how I could use the service to save money on future flights. I could not recommend enough!

Excellent customer service! I had an issue (which was probably my fault), and it was resolved with no quibbles and extremely fast. As opposed to navigating website mazes and chatbots like with many other companies, it's so refreshing to be able to speak to a person instantly

The customer service at secret flight club is hats off! I had a few issues with my log in and password and Chris responded swiftly to all my queries. I am just getting acquainted with the platform and am hoping to find some gem deals. I can see some of the older deals were impressive - short and long haul alike.

Super impressed with the customer service, it is A+! I am yet to make a booking/saving (as my next two holidays are booked) but i've definitely had some alerts that I think will be useful when i'm ready to book again : )

I have been a member for 2 years now and have booked a few deals, for what it costs its worth the knowledge and savings on the deals. Customer service also excellent.

Heading to Canada for £361 and saved £350 due to the deal alert. Would recommend as the club isn’t expensive given what I saved on one deal.

Got my alert for Poland which I was waiting for and got a cheap deal for just £26, was low cost but without the alert would have missed that one.  Thanks guys.

Booked an amazing deal last week to Nepal for just over £600, on my bucket list so I went for it.

Secret flight club is amazing! They have fantastic customer service, which for me really makes the customer experience as well as the outrageous flights deals that work for either last minute Mary’s like me or for more long term planners.

I’d managed to lock myself out of my account and accidentally open a new one.
I emailed customer care (which was super easy to find on the website) the communication was speedy and efficient. Feels like the staff actually want to help you make a positive out of a little negative.

I have loved watching the offers but I am currently studying for various Holistic Therapy and Psychology courses so am unable to avail of the offers at the minute.

Having said that I do look out for flights to obscure places to further my learning.

Chris and the team have been nothing but excellent at communication when I had an issue with my subscription.

Watch this space as the sky will be the limit

Off to Abu Dhabi for just £148. Would never have thought I could get that deal or ever afford to travel there.

Keep the Cancun deals coming, have not booked yet but deals look great so keeping an eye on them, please send some for September if you have them

Not really a secret flight club
'Deals' provided are at best mediocre, and can be easily found using flight search engines, the prices advertised as 'error fares' or 'deals' in the emails are not such, they tend to just be off-peak prices or slightly cheaper than normal. Cancellation process is a pain too. Just use Jack's flight club instead.
Edit: name is clearly on the review 'Lee', I speak from experience having used JFC then using SFC and was disappointed by SFC.
