I ordered on 15th October and was charged on 16th October.
Emailed on 27th October asking when I could expect to receive my order and received a reply saying it would be dispatched the following week.
Since then there has been no response to my second email asking where my order is.
Still no order! Rubbish service but quite happy to have my money.
Think carefully before ordering from this company!!

Ordered bulbs on 13 October. It took until 01 November for half the order to arrive. I have heard nothing about the remainder even though I have emailed a number of times. No response at all.
They used to be so good, but I will not be giving them my business again. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered. No bulbs. No answer to 3 messages so far 2 weeks later!
AVOID!!

Oh dear, used to be good. Ordered plants earlier in year, poor quality and very poorly packaged, box full of loose plants. Contacted company, no apology and told see what happens. Ordered logs, can't mess up log packaging surely! Money taken, no logs, no correspondence, no idea if/when I'll get logs. Won't use again

Waste of time no correspondence, do not reply to emails . Still waiting for plants ordered beginning of October . Expected delivery within 14 days as stated on the plants .
Definitely will not be using them again,

Write this review and what arrived by overnight carrier my plants coincidence I don’t think so.

Update on my previous review. Logs arrived eventually. No call to check we were in to take 10 boxes. APC had to come back as we weren’t.

Advertised at approx 23kg per box. Miss selling here. 8 boxes 19kg including packaging and 2 boxes 20kg…. will never use this company again

Poor communication. Difficult to contact. Long wait for delivery. On receipt order only partially fulfilled. Refund promised but still chasing it. It's a shame because the bulbs I did receive were good size and healthy. However because of problems just getting order and awaiting refund means that I won't use them again.

I ordered logs to be delivered in September. Despite chasing a couple of weeks ago I do not have a delivery date and the email I sent last week querying this has not been answered. They've had my money for months and I now want my goods.

Lovely healthy bulbs arrived today, very pleased 😍. I like this company despite me leaving less favourable past reviews. The plants are always healthy and well packaged. I even got the bulbs I'd been credited for after querying that Mickey Mouse tulips bulbs surely couldn't be pink as on their website, very confusing. 10/10 Secret Gardening Club 😊

Great plants, delivered promptly.

I've always had positive experiences previously, but this time, I have been left disappointed. I ordered 4 plants which took a long time to be dispatched and when they arrived, I was only sent 3 which was due to a quality issue. I am yet to receive a refund despite the delivery note saying one had been issued. The plants themselves are tiny and will need a lot of nurturing.

Like Isabel Bickley I also ordered a standard photinia Red Robin and yesterday received a small young photinia which had already been pruned to make it into a bush. Thinking that this was a simple mistake I emailed the company, sending a photo, asking for a replacement or a refund. I received a reply telling me that what I had received was indeed correct even though it bore no resemblance to the plant shown in my order confirmation.

Ordered standard red Robins received thin sparce small plant shame I carnt add photos. Do not use this company.

We have previously ordered many times with them and all fulfilled well. But the last order in May was not received - supposedly lost twice by the courier! A refund was requested and chased up a few weeks later to be told it should have been received. Some initial emails were answered but not the latest. Having only just looked on Trustpilot, I see why and that we are not alone in having problems. They are still issuing emails advertising plants. DON'T BUY - STEER CLEAR.

Ordered and paid for 2 mystery boxes weeks ago but they have not been delivered. Customer care very poor. I have contacted them numerous times for update but they do not respond or acknowledge

RUBBISH AVOID.
Order never turned up. E-mailed, no reply. Submitted form on line. Finally a reply with promise of a refund. Still waiting nearly 2 months on.

Just had to get the bank involved to get a refund as plants never received.
Unless they do a 360 on their current business plan I really can't see this family business staying open for much longer. I've recommended them to many friends in the past but will be telling them all to now steer clear!

My order was poorly packed and the tray was not secure so the plants that they did include were damaged. Exchanged emails with Rebecca - who I had to prompt for for an apology. While she was prompt in her replies, the refund amount was incorrect. All in all a terrible experience and as other reviewers have stated, will not buy again.

I have used this company many times in the past with no issues. However, after 4 weeks of waiting for my last order contacted them. They said their courier does not deliver to my area. I live just over the border in Scotland (20 miles from Carlisle). I pointed out their website says they deliver to mainland UK and could they change this if they can't honour it, which they said they would do. 2 weeks later Its not changed yet!! I also had to chase them for a refund. Such a shame their customer service has completely gone down the pan because the plants were great!
