Wonderful company offering superb customer service. Couldn't have been quicker responding or more helpful or efficient processing a complicated order including making good when the courier lost part of the order. (Being out of stock they even waived making a charge for the lost part as compensation for the delay in obtaining it from the manufacturer. You don't expect anyone to care that much about the customer these days.)

Paid for next day deliver but it took 5…
Paid for next day delivery but it took 5 days to arrive. My delivery charge was refunded but it is not the point as I was on holiday and wanted the kayak during the holiday.
The kayak is perfect for my son and great value.

Ordered a pair of axle stands, Hermes seem to have lost them… contacted Securefix as they hadn’t arrived on the expected date. They investigated as to why and sent a fresh pair of stands next day with DPD. Arrived this morning. Great service from a local company!

Secure fix Direct advertise many marine items that I would like to purchase however for many many months now they have had no stocks of most of the items I need and keep trying to buy which is not a good customer service in fact it is very poor.

It is true that our website will state out of stock on certain items, unfortanatly, at our fantastic prices, items sell fast, we are very well known for selling out quick and regardless to the extra stocks that we buy in, the items just continue to get snapped up. We have many customers who pre-order their large orders so that they can guarantee the items. We can also buy products from other sources, although usually it does mean a difference in price, so one of these could be an option for you? Should you wish to discuss further then by all means do reach out to us.
In regards to your comment, "I need and try to buy which is not a good customer service in fact it is very poor.", it is a shame that you haven't reached out to us, our items out of stock are not really a reflection of our customer service, so I can't pass this feedback onto our customer service team. Well what can I say... this seller is great, as for hermes thats another thing. Part of my delivery came broken yet the seller made certain that they were packaged very well. However securefix were fantastic and replaced them immediately with lots of correspondence, also they changed who delivered them to dpd who made sure they came perfect with next day delivery. We are now very happy. Thank you.
