Timely response, called me when the data I'd supplied wasn't uploaded correctly, stayed in the call with me until it was sorted. I did find uploading documents to the platform a little bit clunky - but overall, swift and great communicators!

Quick and easy
Didn't have any issues uploading documents and only had to submit one round of extra documentation for my employment history. Super quick as well, allowing me to continue the onboarding process at a new job.

Sent all paperwork they wanted but still was coming back there was gaps in my employment
There would have only been one or two days and asking was I claiming benefits
This was harder than getting clearance to work with children for air cadets
