Weird Kafka-esque response
I followed the link to an email address for support that was included in an email which I was sent, and when I sent a query to the support email address I was told ‘unfortunately you’ve contacted customer support’ and given another email address and a list of things to include - this is Kafka-esque. I suggest including the direct link for the appropriate email address?!

Extremely slow and unreliable customer…
Extremely slow and unreliable customer service. First they make you wait for more than 24 hours, even if support is needed urgently, then, apparently, they don’t even read the content of the email, after what AGAIN you have to wait more than 24 hours for their response.
Not sure, if that’s just me, but I had this issue with Isobel. Either their working hours are limited to 60 minutes a day, or they are mastering the art of “pretending to work”, as I genuinely cannot see the reason of responding this slow.
Or perhaps, the service and a platform are indeed very bad so they end up receiving unbearable amount of emails from the customers.
I would love to get a full refund and use another service, but unfortunately, this one is connected with the employer and there is no way out of it.
Do not recommend!

Highly Recommended
We have used Personnel Checks for many years and have always found the service efficient and excellent value.
