Ich habe vor genau 19 Monaten eine Bestellung aufgegeben, mir wurde weder die Ware zugesendet, noch wurde mir das Geld erstattet. Ich habe ein paar Monate nach dem ich den Kauf getätigt hatte Sefa und Merve kontaktiert, sie sagten dass sie sich darum kümmern werden, nichts ist passiert. Nach 6 Monaten habe ich sie wieder kontaktiert, wieder nichts. Es ist fast zwei Jahre her nichts passiert, wenn ihr kein Online Shop führen könnt dann hört auf mit diesem Schein.

And I feel I like overpaid a bit because I saw something of similar quality at the other place, but its ok because I already bought.
The quality is still great and she loved the present so I think mission is accomplished. My only suggestion to htem would be dropping the prices a bit. Or at least make discouts so people can buy when you do.

Eigentlich null Sterne wert! Habe letztes Jahr eine Bestellung aufgegeben, jetzt seit über einem Jahr immer noch nichts erhalten. Mehrere Male kontaktiert um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen. Aber nein, die Herrschaften haben seit dem ein technisches Problem 🤣 Wer glaubt sowas? FINGER WEG VON SOLCHEN BETRÜGERN!!

Habe im Mai bestellt und dir Ware wochenlang trotz Nachfrage nicht erhalten. Irgendwann habe ich die Bestellung sowohl per Mail als auch per WhatsApp storniert. Wieder wir kümmern uns. Im Juli habe ich plötzlich eine Mail bekommen dass die Bestellung versendet wurde. Ich wollte die Annahme verweigern aber das ging leider nicht. Dann habe ich mich erneut an Sefamerve gewendet und die Rücksendung beantragt. Jetzt wurde mir mehrmals mitgeteilt, dass eine Rücksendung aus dem Ausland nicht möglich sei.
1. Ware wurde trotz Stornierung versendet
2. Ware wurde über 2 Monate später versendet, obwohl es erst hieß das Frachtunternehmen wäre schuld
3. Weder auf der Website noch sonst wo, steht dass Rücksendung aus dem Ausland derzeit nicht möglich wäre.
4. Eine deutschsprachige Hotline/Mitarbeiter nicht zu finden
5. Kein Entgegenkommen
6. Ich habe jetzt Ware, die ich nicht weil, da sie zu spät geliefert wurde und bekomme mein Geld nicht zurück.
FAZIT: Nie wieder. Die Kunden werden betrogen und Kundenservice sieht anders aus.
Das gehört sich nicht.
Ich rate JEDEM hier nicht zu bestellen. Verschenkt das Geld lieber

Sefamerve is now completely scamming global customers. They took my $300 + and refused to send me my items nor my refund. I'm going to report their store name to every Blacklisted and scam Domain Authorities so that Google can officially and completely remove and flag sefamerve as non credited and online search scammers. This is a dirty trick thief and you must be reported.

I used to order a lot of lovely clothes from this shop. However, since few years their services went really bad. Last order I tried to do in May. After almost one month waiting and seeing my order is "being packed" I have contacted customer service about the order, they told me that the item will be shipped very soon. Hearing that I have asked to cancel the order and get my money back. Now, I am waiting again for my refund almost one month. I was told after contacting customer service that there is an issue with international payments. I am still waiting without hope that I'll ever get my money back. Don't buy anything from this company, because they are not reliable at all.

Bestellung nicht Verschickt Geld abgebucht aber nicht zurück gezahlt

My order was not delivered to me. I reached out to support and initially they said they were checking in with cargo. After not receiving any updates, I emailed three times over 2 weeks to get a refund and no response, radio silence.

Luckily I made my payment through PayPal, so I was able to get a refund that way. But please don't buy from here you may not get your order and they don't seem to want to give you a refund. Even on my tracking information it said delivered to unknown, TR. Seems like it never left Turkey.

Ik wacht al meer dan een jaar op een betaling en krijg alleen maar standaardreacties zoals “we helpen u zo snel mogelijk.”

Dit is niet alleen traag en onprofessioneel, het begint inmiddels verdacht te worden. Geen transparantie, geen respect, geen actie. Wees gewaarschuwd. Vooral niet bestellen! Diefstal!

Please people don’t order here anything!! They are thieves!!! I ordered some clothes for my mom, for mothersday 2024! First they informed me that they cannot send 1 item, so they will send me back the money. They payed that in june 2024 after few reminders from me. The rest of te package I didn’t receive. Till now I am discussing to get my own money back!! No clothes received at all and they keep my money!

Ich habe am 07.04.2025 bei Sefamerve eine Bestellung aufgegeben und diese nur 2 Minuten später storniert. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag von 221,48 € am nächsten Tag (08.04.) von meiner Visa-Karte abgebucht.

Seitdem warte ich vergeblich auf eine Rückerstattung. Der Kundenservice reagiert weder auf E-Mails noch auf Anfragen über das Kontaktformular. Auch über soziale Medien habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.

Die Kommunikation ist enttäuschend, und das Verhalten ist für einen internationalen Online-Shop nicht akzeptabel.

Ich kann nur raten: Bestellt hier nicht!

Ce sont des voleurs. Articles commandé pour 68 euro et encore maintenant il arrive a dire excusez-nous ce sont des incident de paiement international.

Voici le message reçu de leur part en whatsapp :
Nous nous excusons pour le processus, monsieur. Ce retard est actuellement dû à un problème systémique dans les paiements internationaux. Nous vous assisterons dès que le problème sera résolu.
N'achetez surtout pas car vous allez rien recevoir.

I bought clothes from safamerve once before and had no problem. But this second time, the package has been stucked with them for three weeks, their excuse is that they have a systematic problem... They also answered in a very rude manner. For what I have seen in the reviews, it seems they have use similar excuses with other clients, how odd. I believe this business is a scam and they steal people money. As a musilm convert who struggles to find modest clothes in my country this is very frustrating, they are giving bad image to the Turks and muslim comunity, shame on them.

Bir yıldızı bile hak etmiyorlar. Ne siparişim geldi ne de param iade edildi. Tek kelime ile dolandırıcılık.

half februari een bestelling geplaats en pas na half maart ontvangen vervolgens aantal artikelen retour naar adres in Sliedrecht. retourpakket wordt na aantal dagen weer terug geleverd bij mij met de aantekening dat het bedrijf failliet is. Contact opgenomen met Sefamerve; geven telefonisch aan dat ze niks kunnen betekenen en wordt verwezen een mail te sturen. reactie op mijn mail: we hebben geen retouradres meer in Europa en we kunnen het probleem iet oplossen. artikelen retourneren is niet meer mogelijk.
