The device is great the only downside is I have trouble hearing it over my parents music in the car.

I was at a loss as how to deal with an issue of pairing an iPod classic with a transmitter installed, with a new set of Sony XM5 headphones. I found the advice and help given by Craig at the Falkirk store extremely helpful and made the purchase there immediately. I recognise that this sort of professional and personal service at the end of the phone is very difficult to obtain these days and might very well be useful in the future. The headphones are also excellent.

We recently travelled from Edinburgh to the Falkirk Sony Centre and we are very glad we did. The service was excellent. Our discussions prior to purchase of a TV, when it was delivered, and after sales, just happened to be with 3 different members of staff.
